Clean room and sufficient elevator - important since I was on 4th floor. Nice reception area and good location near via Grande, the main shopping area and place to catch buses to and from the Livorno central train station. Only drawback was no comfortable chair to sit in - only a desk type chair that was uncomfortable.

Small but very clean and comfortable room. Close to the great restaurants and bars of the little Venice area. The night manager in particular needs to be called out for his helpfulness. When no taxi was available for an early morning trip to the train station, he called a friend who got us to our train on time. That is how you get repeat customers. Thanks!

It came as a surprise to me to find out that breakfast hadn’t been included with our booking. I must have missed something in the booking process. We couldn’t pay extra and have breakfast that morning as it hadn’t been organised. Suggest people double check when they book or check in as it hadn’t happened to us before.

Our room was clean and well maintained.

We checked in for 1 night after 2 flights and Micheal Forti and staff were both friendly helpful and even aiding us to acquire a taxi which was very challenging due to limited number. Thank you for helping us and providing our start to our vacation. Well done! Bravo! High recommended.

Dirty, they say that breakfast is included but they want to charge you after. The bells from the church were waking us up everyday at 6 am. The location is not good. Disappointed

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of space. The hotel parking is just a bit down the street from the hotel, but there is also a parking garage just around the corner. Note that you must go up some stairs in order to access the hotel elevator—not convenient is you are traveling with a lot of luggage. Overall a good hotel.

Friendly welcome at check in. However, when inquired about air conditioning we were told that it’s not available from October. We were adviced to open windows. The street noise and mosquitoes were a nuisance. We asked for 11am check out and was denied. Check out time 10:30am.

One of the things that made this place special was that it is family owned and they took pride in keeping it clean and providing excellent service to their guests.

It was easily accessible from bus stops and plenty of shopping & dining options nearby. I would have no hesitation in booking a room here in the future.
