Nice hotel especially in OC. Front desk staff was very friendly! Would stay again.

I stay at this property due to its convenience (walkability) to the OC convention Center. They recently redecorated the rooms from business functional to a ("retro 70's) look which is not functional ( a round table from the Jetsons v. a large desk with USB and electrical access) The mattress was hard, the Wal-Mart pillows awful and now I have lingering back pain. The 24hr. coffee bar was great and the breakfast above average. The staff was "off the charts" especially Joe who worked the breakfast area. At over $400-night, Ocean City is outpricing itself both as a meeting site and a family vacation site. I could have gone to an all-inclusive destination for the pricing. Overall, a "BAD" experience!

Although the hot tub didn’t work and they do not have a business center or an option to upgrade WiFi for security purposes, they were accommodating with check out time, finding a crib for my daughter (when originally they didn’t have one available) and the breakfast is fantastic. Very clean and comfortable since they just renovated. Great service over all.

The breakfast workers were super friendly and even came over to take our plates that we were finished with. Also brought us some bacon on a plate to our table. A few front desk employees were very friendly and greeted us and seemed happy. but a couple of them seemed to just ignore anyone that came through the front door which I thought was rude and unprofessional. Overall a good place to stay. It was clean and a hot breakfast was served every morning.

we have been staying here for the last 10 years twice a year. we always stay on the highway side as we are there for the car show. we book and pay months in advance. this time they put us on the bay side. we told them that is not what we reserved and they simply said sorrythats all we have..we booked and paid in full dec 2024. we should have been given coastal highway not bayside

Hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice views of the bay! The breakfast area was extremely nice and food was better than expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The property was in great condition. The rooms weee very comfortable. Check in was easy and very sweet lady checked us all in, 5 rooms were great, clean and smelled very clean. Breakfast was great, and very well stocked. Coffee 24 hours was great !! We will definitely stay again !! Thank you 😊

My stay was excellent. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The property was great.

Everyone was professional and pleasant. They made it worth visiting and I will definitely return. I could tell all associates enjoyed what they were doing. They made my dog and I feel welcomed and respected.

They are renovating so you will notice it and the breakfast had no bacon or sausage just sausage gravy but not bad for one night

We got a room with queen beds and they gave us a room with a two full beds instead. This was the worst bed ive ever slept on. Half the hotel was under renovation. Terrible experience

They allow pets in this hotel and i am highly allergic to dogs and cats. I was sneezing the entire time and my asthma is all messed up. Yes it does say pet friendly and i overlooked that because i never would have thought a hotel like this would even consider allowing pets. Aside from that you can hear right through the walls. All noght long we heard the person next to us snoring so loud it sounded like they were shaking the rafters. What kind of hotel builds their establishment for people to stay in privacy and everyone arou d you can hear everything you are saying and vice versa. I will not be staying here ever again and i want a discount for this disaster of a stay!
