Small quaint hotel with excellent food. Bed comfy, the view was nice, location right by the ocean. Everyone who works there is marvelous! Very friendly and helpful. I recommend!

Great hotel, good location, sea view fantastic. Parking at 10 euro a day a bit mean but everything else great value. Wifi worked without a problem as did everything else.

Ignore non sense poor reviews on Expedia! This hotel is a real 4 stars. I'm half Italian and have been to gabicce mare before but I can say that this one has one of the best views there. Clear high view of the sea front and the amazing mountains on the right... Perfect! The bar is also great as you can order anything from an aperitivo with Italian snacks (that truffle cheese!) to cakes and croissants for a late breakfast as we had. The barman is top and funny and brings your drinks and snacks to the beautiful terrace with the view described above. Again... Perfect! All rooms have a different sea front view, however we decided to upgrade to the one on top of the restaurant with a huge balcony and sun loungers... Best extra I ever paid. The italian breakfast is quite good too.(we didn't have full board so I can't comment on lunch and dinner) The free parking is an almost necessary thing in gabicce as public parking is almost impossible next to most hotels, this was great as we used the car quite often. The swimming pool is quite nice and relaxing with all the sun loungers and the nice view but the biggest surprise for us was the half indoor heated pool with whirlpool function... That practically saved our rainy day! There's also a mini gym and a mini sauna next it it. We used it after our spritz aperitivo... ;) But the cherry on the cake was the personnel... Super friendly and proactive! Looking for an excuse to go back... Congratulations to all the stuff!

Our first impressions of the hotel when we arrived weren't great and sadly they didn't improve throughout our stay. We decided to have dinner in the hotel on our first night and that was very disappointing. It was buffet starters and desserts and order the seconds and main courses from the menu, the food wasn't great, the chicken was extremely dry and I'm glad now that we hadn't gone for the all inclusive option at the hotel. We spoke to another couple who had gone for the all inclusive rate and they were eating dinner in Gabicce Mere almost every night as the food in the hotel was so bad. As we were on the b&b rate we hadn't been assigned a table in the restaurant so every day at breakfast we had to hunt out a table that hadn't been assigned to all inclusive rooms. As they started setting the restaurant up for lunch the minute breakfast table were available this was awkard for those of us on b&b rates, why they need to start preparing for lunch at 9.00am is beyond me. The reception on tv in the bedroom was awful, no literature of hotel information in the bedrooms, no do not disturb signs or anything of the sort. Air conditioning in the room didn't work. All of the local information supplied in the hotel lobby was either in German or French, staff were unhelpful. Overall Gabicce Mere is an average location, great beach but not much else beyond that so please do consider this when booking your holiday, if the weather is bad there is nothing to do.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön mit Sicht auf die Bucht von Cabicce-Mare. Ausgezeichnete Küche und das Personal ist sehr freundlich . Preis/Liestungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Einzig die Corona bedingten Massnahmen beim Frühstück und Antipasti sind etwas "suboptimal" . Aber das ist derzeit in jedem Hotel so. Die Ansteckungsgefahr bildet sich in der Schlange vor der Ausgabe...... aber das ist ein Politischer entscheid... Auf jeden Fall ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. War ruhige lage mit schöner Aussicht. Ein Zimmer war schön. Das zweite eher unter dem 4* Stanard. Über alles waren wir zufrieden.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione unica fronte mare

Spazi comuni ampi e suggestivi, piscina piano terra no. Posizione perfetta x mare e x centro a piedi pochi minuti ma no passeggino. Camera vista mare parziale comoda e funzionale, bel balconcino con vista ottima sedie e tavolino. Staff eccezionale. Magari in camera meglio qualche attenzione in piu' in bagno ex luci, arredamenti, piu' saponi. Letto e cuscini comodissimi e biancheria immacolata. Bellissima terrazza x aperitivo. Ritornerei.

An der Rezeption sprechen fast Alle deutsch. Zimmerausblick aufs Meer perfekt (waren im Nebengebäude) allerdings zum Nachbarzimmer kein Sichtschutz und Geländer aus Glas, also schön die Vorhänge zumachen!!

Ottima struttura,pulita e accogliente,una pecca che fanno distinzione tra ospiti a pensione completa e non.se fai solo colazione non puoi sederti ai tavoli vicino la vetrata,allora sono andato fuori in terrazza(non ancora attrezzata) a fare colazione e mi sono dovuto “giustamente”servire da solo mentre una coppia di stranieri arrivata dopo è stata servita anche con i cuscini sulla seduta.la lamentela è stata comunque gentilmente accolta dal personale alla reception.

All’altezza delle aspettative, cosa non scontata in altre strutture. Personale cortese, cibo ottimo, pulizia ottima.

Tutto come previsto. Posizione incantevole e comoda sia per la spiaggia che per eventuali gite nel parco del monte Bartolo. Vista bellissima dalla camera. Personale gentile e preparato
