Very nice staff. Good restaurant onsite. But In the room not too much difference from Ibis budget. Very clean and fantastic pilliows

The hotel has a lot going for it, not least the price. However if you want to eat at the restaurant then book a table in advance. The restaurant was booked out (Tuesday in Winter!) and we had to resort to fast food. There is ongoing day construction work in the adjacent lot but you cannot hear anything with the windows closed. Also there is a 5 Euro surcharge to park securely underground.

The staff was super helpful and kind at my late night arrival.

Location is good, close to center of Lleida. Staff at front desk not friendly, staff at breakfast very friendly. Room was difficult to cool down, very warm.

Great stay! Staff was so awesome here. Great choice as long as they stay this way. Good option for the money. The only thing lacking was cleanliness - wasn't horrible, but an extra sweep after an extra sheddy guest, and change bedding, even if it doesn't look used, and it would have been perfect!

Clean and tidy good food

I was in town for an athletic event and needed a simple, basic place to stay. The hotel was fine for my purpose. The on-site restaurant is nice, and the breakfast option is a good value. Accommodations remind me of a nice Holiday Day in the States.

Run by kids. Had dinner, ordered Batatas bravas to start and spaghetti with veg for main, husband salad followed by fish. Then the child waitress left for the day. Batatas bravas never materialised but got a bowl of plain boiled spaghetti instead. Husbands main was rolled turkey & I got a slate tray with slices of fried courgette, red & green capsicums and aubergine just spread out. Lovely apart from being fridge cold! Tv has no channels in English but advert suggest it does. Restaurant closed at 2.30

Great hotel. Close enough to walk into town. Cannot fault the hotel. Lleida itself is not very geared up for tourists (restaurants are hard to find) but the castle is worth a look and the Ibis is a great option to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was comfortable, bed was great, staff were very friendly. Restaurant was good. Bar was great. Parking was free, they had own car park. Would stay again.

Small rooms/beds

Passing through Lleida and looking for clean comfortable well priced room. This Ibis was excellent. Location is convenient. Just off the highway with good access to town as long as you have a car. Area immediately around hotel is fairly ugly but so what. Good breakfast. We'll run hotel.

One night stopover on the way to barcelona airport, excellent .

booked as a free stay with hotels.com. Extremely pleased with room and restaurant/bar. Clean, new and close to some big-box stores and MacDonald's. It is basic and a great value. Staff spoke some English and were super friendly. We had a GPS, so finding the hotel was easy. it is not located in the downtown area, but we were told it was a 15 minute walk.

Nothing to walk to except a McDonald's and a media markt. Seems like a stopover place for road trippers out of Barcelona, which is exactly what we used it for. They had to put us in a smoking room because it was the last cama matrimonial but it didn't smell like cigarettes at all, it smelled heavily of air freshener in the hallway but not in the room. No water heater in the room, the restaurant did their best to accommodate our vegan diet, really appreciate the effort!

Nice hotel, nice staff, nice room. One negative - we weren't made aware of the charge for the pet when we asked if pets are allowed.

Great place to stay for one night. Very clean with very well priced meals. Staff where helpful & provided a quick check in.

Nice hotel, friendly staff with clean and comfortable rooms. Good view over Lleida. The breakfast buffet is well worth the additional €4.50. There is also a nice bar, Nuba African Tavern, 5 mins walk. All very nice
