It’s a basic accommodation, small hotel but very good location. We were comfortable in our room. Grocery store and pharmacy were very close. Lots of restaurants around. It’s in 6th arrondissement.

The Vavin Hotel says it has air condition rooms except the air conditioner didnt function. My reservation was in August. The room had a fan. I had to sleep on top of the bed with the fan blowing on me. The hotel location is great location, across the street from La Coupole, cafe Le Select, and next door to Relais d'Entrecote restaurant. But I would stay there again in the summer months because the lack of AC.

Chambre de taille convenable. SDB a besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Clim ne fonctionne pas mais il y a un ventilateur dans la chambre. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. L'hôtel est très bien placé, à deux pas de multiples lignes de métro et du jardin du Luxembourg.

It was a great convenient place to stay. But it said it had air conditioning, but this was broken and the room was too hot to sleep in, very inconvenient. Also the safe was broken, so we had to take all our valuables with us each day. Not the best.

This was an economical hotel choice only, no comforts. The room was not ready and I believe half-cleaned when we checked in around 5pm. Check-in starts at 2:30pm. There was a vacuum in the room, one bed instead of two twins, urine splashed up on the back of the toilet, one towel, no soap in the shower dispenser, and half a roll of toilet paper for a two day stay. There was a non-working AC unit and the street noise was active til past 2am with the windows open. The elevator can find only one person and a roller bag. I asked for a fan for the room and was told a technician was fixing the AC. That did not happen.

Though the rooms are small the location of this hotel is excellent. The front desk staff is very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The small size of rooms is not unique to this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and we loved our stay.

Great location, great price, was small, but we didn’t come to Paris to stay in our room. We needed a clean bed and bathroom.

I would recommend this hotel for location and cleanliness

The hotel was very basic and a bit outdated, but definitely okay for a few nights in Paris. There was a noise (a weird buzzing sound) every 30 seconds, which is apparently coming from the airconditioning system, bring earplugs! Staff was very friendly.

Cheap! If you’re staying Paris on a budget it’s fine. Rooms are small and clean but definitely not an updated property and looks better in the photos. Pleasant stay but probably just the one time.

The area has numerous dining options and easy access to good public transport, all within a stone's throw from the property. The staff were professional and friendly, and the place was generally clean. The room was a big disappointment; it was the smallest hotel room we've ever stayed at, it was somewhat dated even though the promo narrative suggested it was updated, and the picture online was clearly staged to seem way more cozy than the reality when we got there. There is an elevator, but this could only accommodate two adults standing side by side, the absolute smallest we've ever seen or used. Our opinion, having stayed at many properties in the US and the Caribbean, is that this hotel was overpriced at just over $150.00 per night for our five (5) night stay.

This was our third stay. The room was spotless but the shower a bit awkward. The staff is very friendly. The area around the hotel is one of the best for visitors. Plenty of stores and restaurants and safe. A metro stop is 100 feet away.

Great location south of the Seine. Wonderful accommodating staff and quiet in room.

What Jackie and Yajaira loved about the property most was Hakim. He was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous at all times. Excellent service making you feel part of the Atelier family. Because of him i will come back with family and visit Paris again. Bonjour.

A small and cosy hotel, with the emphasis on small. Bed was comfortable and staff were polite and property was clean and well designed for the small space. Only one person on desk so had to wait upwards of 5/10 minutes to be let in or to hand key in on more than one occasion. Some small issues that needed fixed however there was evidence that they were getting to it.

Super stay, excellent staff and rooms spacious Ann comfortable. Breakfast worth the visit.

Great neighborhood. Easy to walk to many sites. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Rooms are small and building is old, but this is Paris! Great value. Staff is excellent, helpful and speak English well.
