The bad thing about this hotel was: Elevator 1 of 2 was broken We have to pay for the scrambled eggs. That’s my first time charging it in all the hotels I've stayed in.

Amazing location

I chose this hotel based on its location in the historic San Telmo district of Buenos Aires. Historic buildings, cultural sites, the Mercado, and many restaurants are within walking distance. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, quiet, and clean.

4 nights. Location is great. Walking distance to many places of interest. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was pretty good. had toast with ham/salami/cheese, coffee/juice/yogurt drink (love the pink kind), freshly cut fruits, pastry items. But about the same everyday. WiFi available in room but not useable (slow and spotty. Had to go to lobby to use WiFi. This would be my biggest complaint. No noise insulation. Can hear neighbors cough, every door opening / closing and traffic on the road. AC start/stop was loud.

The hotel it’s ok but the pillows are in terrible shape’s horrible they should change that pillows long time ago. A bad pillow or destroyed your vacation… the location is convenient is close to almost every point of interest … easy to go around … Uber works perfect and it’s cheap .. the area is a little dirty but in general it’s ok

Loved everything about this hotel except the Internet. We stayed eight nights and found the staff, especually the night desk clerk, to be friendly and helpul. Our room was small but functional and breakfast was good, but was the same for all eight days. Location is great. We walked everywhere. Our only issue was the unreliable Internet. Some times it was fine but often we couldn't even load a web page. That is the only reason we would not stay here again. Otherwise highly recommended.

Good location- close to San Telmo, Puerto Madera, and Retiro
