Staff service to be improve. Temper look not good. Cockroach appear frequently even on bed, can be improve. Air-conditioning lighting all good. Others all look clean. Near by shopping mall walking distance.

While we do understand that your stay was not as hassle-free as we would like it to be, please do note that we have House Rules that we abide to and have taken the necessary steps to inform and remind our guests accordingly. Guest Advisory on the No Smoking Policy are placed inside guestrooms. Same reminder with corresponding penalty are also strategically placed in Common Areas, including the Amenity Floor. Experienced quite a good stay. Although you will see the age of the hotel due to the vinyl floors getting peeled off a bit, one lamp was not lighting, and mirror and tiles in the bathroom are worn off a bit, it was still a good stay. Apart fr that, aircon works fine, bed is clean. I will still book again.

The air conditioning was terrible and had trouble cooling up the room. There was only two of us. I know it's not a 5-star hotel like other hotels but this is just sub-par. Some motels/inns have even better air conditioning than this. There was a roach on the side table and one was also seen in the comfort room. Another hotel's comfortable rooms are even better than the comfort room here. It's too small and cramped. The toiler is right beside the wall (parallel to it, not away from it). The shower head water sprout can reach the sink even with medium flow. That is how cramped it was. The elevator panel had a film with signage indicating it was being replaced every 30-min. However, the yellowish dark tint makes me believe otherwise. Aside from this, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast fee was worth it as well. Tully's serve good food. Overall I give this a 5/10 and will only ever stay again if it's the only option available in Ortigas. Thanks.

We are pleased to hear that you found our employees the good that comes with the package satisfactory but saddened to hear that your stay was not as comfortable as you expected it to be. We have different types of rooms suitable for the different needs of our guests. Should our guests prefer a more spacious room, we suggest our Suite which has more leg room. Size of the suite is between 64.5-68.5 sqm. The hotel is also currently taking steps to upgrade its facilities. This has already been factored in this year so we hope that you give us another opportunity by then. Also, as a proactive measure, the hotel is already working closely without a pest control service provider. The hotel has intensified pest treatment to prevent the issue from recurring. As for the elevator panel film, please note that all elevator panels are being sanitized and disinfected and not replaced every 30 minutes. Again, our sincere apologies Mr Raymund. We hope that you would give us another opportunity to be of service to you with the improvements and updates that we have also shared with you. The customer service of the hotel is totally unacceptable. They didn't know how to give a proper customer service. When we book the staycation there is no warning or disclaimer indicating that the hotel is a quarantine hotel for ofw's because that's what the receptionist said. When we arrived there were very existed and tired because I came from work and my daughter cleaned our house (currently under renovation) that's why we wanted a staycation. The customer service didn't even teach us or accommodate us how to refund the paid staycation. She said that there is a disclaimer in the website but we don't see any, if we do, we will not book a staycation in the first place.

It is our Go-To Place everytime we need to hang out or a weekend getaway. Service never fails and staffs are always friendly. Can't complain on the location since it's near Megamall.

The room was okay not that bad. There are few flies which is still tolerable. The worst part is the elevator. You'll need to wait for more than 30mins just to ride the elevator because according to them it is still manual.

The staff were friendly. The place was clean and location was close to the malls. Only downside was the elevator. We were there for 4 days at the busiest season and of the 3 elevators, only 2 were working, sometimes only 1.

There was only one elevator working when we were there. It stops every floor and we were at the 29th. We were not able to check in on time and was not contacted if the room was already available. When inside the room, there was a left over chocolate bar and nothing else. When we asked regarding the mini bar they said they will restock it but they did when we were not there.

The foreign tenants there are the worst!! The elevators don’t work well and the people are acting like savages - not queuing and cutting lines! So disappointing yo stay in a place like this!

We have been penalized with certain amount because of over using balloons. However, before we put some decors there we make sure that hotel’s walls will be free from scratches. Anyway, that happened already. Not to book there again 🙂

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating but our stay in this hotel was totally unsatisfying. There was no hot water in the shower. We came in late from a birthday dinner that we attended and it was only then that we found out about the shower situation. We did not have toiletries. Apart from the bottled shampoo and shower gel that were already inside the bathroom, we were not provided with toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers. When I called the reception about it, they told us that we only booked a classic room and thus the lack of slippers and toiletries. But for a one-time exception, they gave us the said toiletries and slippers for free and waived the additional cost. I honestly did not feel grateful at all because that was very basic of a hotel accommodation. I have stayed in way cheaper hotels and experienced way better accommodation and facilities.

no wifi connection most of our stay they tried to help me to connect me but it only lasted for for 5 times. I called for them about it for 3 times. I was supposed to do our payroll since their is no wifi connection I was not able to do it. our payroll was online based that's why I really need wifi connection.
