The staff were very friendly but the hotel and room did not live up to the images on the website. It was generally tired looking and disappointing and not worth what we paid.

The Property is very old, but maintained ok.

It was very convenient for many shopping and other options. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist and make my stay comfortable. Suzanne at the front desk was especially helpful On the improvement side more cleanliness will help.
