Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Beautiful and clean rooms. Swimming pool with separate hot and cold water compartments, unique, giving a very good and comfortable feeling, in a very gentle spa style.

Nhân viên cực kỳ dễ thương, hỗ trợ mình từ giữ tạm hành lý vì chưa tới giờ check-in, thuê xe máy. Phòng đẹp thoải mái. Anh lễ tân dễ thương nhưng không biết tên, khi check-out không gặp được anh để cảm ơn. Check-in ngày 3/9. Chú bảo vệ cũng dễ thương. Tuyệt vời.

khách sạn khá sạch sẽ, giường rộng rãi. Nói chung đi ngày lễ với giá hơn 1tr cũng ok Tuy nhiên có cái bể bơi, mình không hiểu sao lại chỉ được bơi theo giờ. Trẻ em 7-9h sáng, người lớn bể sục 4-7h tối. Giờ đấy nhà mình toàn đi chơi, về con mình muốn tắm cũng không được Mình thấy thường ở các khách sạn khác sẽ dọn phòng buổi sáng, để khi đi chơi về buổi trưa nghỉ ngơi sẽ có phòng sử dụng. Nhưng ở đây sẽ dọn vào buổi trưa, mình bảo thế 12h mình đi ăn vào dọn cho mình thì nhân viên dọn phòng nghỉ đến 1h chiều Mình dặn ok thế mình ngủ trưa, lúc nào dọn mình gọi. Trời ơi trưa 2h em bé nhà mình đang ngủ, thì nhân viên bấm chuông và gọi cửa ầm ĩ luôn (k hề có biển báo cấm làm phiền???) Sau đó mình phải dậy yêu cầu lúc khác. Thì ôi trời, phòng cách âm cực kỳ kém, nhân viên dọn phòng nói chuyện dọc hành lang, tiếng xô dụng cụ ầm ĩ làm cả nhà mình không thể nghỉ ngơi nổi vào buổi trưa Còn nhân viên bảo vệ thì rất thân thiên

Improper arrangement of swimming time. Insufficient equipment in the room, no razor, mineral water is difficult to drink, pillows in the room are used by housekeeping staff to take away without consulting. The hotel's car rental and taxi partner is not good

Before I booked, I read a lot of positive reviews, so I can rest assured that the selection and results are as expected. There is also a spa, a very comfortable jacuzzi. The room was clean, beautiful and fragrant. Each room is the name of a flower, which makes me very happy. Right in the center, so it's convenient to go anywhere. If I have the opportunity to return to Hue, I still visit here.

It's been my most satisfied experience so far. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Spa and jacuzzi pool are highlights here, everyone should give a try. I did forget my bracelet at the hotel and the staff helped me to find and return to my place just within a day. Highly recommend everyone booking Alba hotel.

The hotel is really inconvenient if you take children. because the pazi tank utility doesn't let your baby in. and nobody takes care of her 😤😤😤😤

The hotel is well serviced, the rooms are clean and airy, the staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. I'm just a little sorry that the soundproofing room is not good, so it's easy to hear outside noises. However, the service experience here is great.
