The staff was very courteous, rooms are clean and we didn’t hear any noises

Room heater was turned down to 60 and I still had to have the window open. Finally turned the heater off. The lounge is poorly managed. There is only one person there and if someone in a room orders food the person leaves for up to 20 min. Poor service. When I was checking out I was not acknowledged, the manager there seems to hang out with the staff and it takes away from the paying customers.

Everything was wonderful! The staff were all nice, rooms were clean, beds were comfy.

Convenient and easy like normal

Not understanding I tried to cancell my reservation to make a 1 day stay and not a 2 day, but no one would pick up to answer my call and resulted in me being charged for 2 nights.

No hot tub, and the coffee is the worse. Otherwise pretty good hotel.

Checking want very confused as we booked 2 rooms ,but staff at front desk insitid i was only one ,and refused to look at the confirmation number they finally looked and yes we had booked 2 rooms but they charged for 3. Wainting on refund

large comfy room however need an easy or comfy chair to sit and read. if get company no place to sit but bed…not good. toilet top was a bit loose All else was good. would stay there again
