Room was super nice and clean. Had a full size fridge and kitchen. Didn’t really use it much but was nice to have the option. Our room had steps down to the pool and we were the only ones using the pool so it felt very nice and private. Staff was super friendly! Loved the hammock on our porch. Restful vacation!

Nice location. Hotel is dated but very clean. The hotel staff was very pleasant.

Short walk from the water taxi. Close enough to shops and dining but not directly in the center of all the noise from the nightlife. On sight restaurant and pool were excellent perks! Staffing/front office do close for a period of hours at night so best so set up any accommodations ahead of time.

I love this property The only thing o would suggest is better mattresses. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it feels like sleeping on concrete

Great location. We swam right from their dock (saw eagle ray, sting ray, tarpoons) and used the pool every day. The swings, lounges, and tables in the back on the beach were really nice. The office staff and restaurant staff were super nice. The air conditioner was leaking water into the room and staff fixed it as soon as we notified them. My only complaint is when the room was cleaned staff moved our stuff off the table and organized everything. My ring was brushed off the nightstand and I found it under the bed. Staff should not move anything.

We had an amazing experience! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. The restaurant exceeded our expectations—the food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was fresh and beautifully prepared. What truly stood out was the excellent service; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Caye Caulker. We can’t wait to return!

This property really turned out to be a gem. Our room was right outside the pool which is tucked down below behind the restaurant. Even on the most windy days we could get in the pool comfortably. Pool bar is a plus, those gals were very sweet. The AC in the room blows like a champ and was so comfy. Wholly housekeeping, they barely offer that in the US anymore so, it was so refreshing each day and filling our water pitcher was the best!! Food at the restaurant was good too. Def will be back, thanks Magic island.

There are some barking dogs next door in the morning, but not too bad. If you are on the upper floors there is no elevator. Restaurant/bar is good, pool is much smaller than the picture. Very close to the boat ferry landing.

The perfect place to stay on Caye Caulker! The most accommodating staff of our 12-day trip.

The staff at Island Magic Resort are absolutely phenomenal! The food is great, the drinks are great, the location is great, the rooms are clean with hot water, AC, and a turbo ceiling fan (at least in my room- which was amazing!). Spent many enjoyable moments in the swings and on the pier at Island Magic Resort! Absolutely wonderful! I was super sad to leave (currently sitting at the airport).

The room was very small and the bathroom was not very private. Walls did not go to the ceiling, I assume for ventilation. Restaurant was great and staff very friendly. Great location near ferry on the water.

This was the start to my Belize-Guatemala solo birthday trip, and the staff here at Island Magic, made that start a beautiful one! They decorated my room with the balloons, and fake rose petals, spelling out “Happy Birthday” on the bed! Beautiful touch! The room was clean, they provided bottled water. The manager was so nice she gave me a hug on my birthday, and specifically wished me a happy birthday, and upon departure. She was also instrumental in helping me book the Shark Alley snorkeling tour, which I just called dining with the sharks. Lol. There was a brief issue with small ants after the rain, but I reached out, and someone came up promptly (less than 5 mins) to remedy the issue. I loved the chill vibes, and the hammock. The restaurant was great, and the food was delicious! The entire staff at Magic Grill was so nice and helpful. It was suggested to me to order the sambusas, by the waiter, and I LOVED them. I had them a couple times! Don’t hesitate to book your stay here! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Any question I had was answered, when I needed a taxi, they called it. Overall, beautiful experience!
