El hotel está en una zona muy céntrica, a pocos pasos de la playa brava, el servicio del equipo es espectacular siempre están preocupados y atentos a ayudarte! Te brindan sillas y parasoles para ir a la playa, muy buen desayuno! La piscina y el jacuzzi en punto! Falta una actualización en las habitaciones lo que haría un hotel 10/10 totalmente recomendado para pasar unos días en punta!

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia, el hotel muy cómodo, el desayuno variado y suficiente, piscina agradable, el personal muy amable en todos los servicios.

The service was great. The Hotel was Clean and mostly well equiped . The Pool was great and open at all hours.

Very central hotel near the beach. Rooms ok could be better with little expense. Carpets in hallways shabby and not put down properly first impression and all that. Stayed here 5 years ago and would stay again staff and the owners very nice and friendly and good breakfast. Keep up the good work

The location is good, the staff is friendly and professional and the lobby is OK. But the rooms deserve a urgent renovation. The bathroom is the most critical, does not look and feel clean. The shower is small and a horrible filthy plastic curtain complements this unpleasant experience. It should be 3 stars, it could be even 4 stars but right now it should be rated 2 stars.

This hotel was in a great location near to major attractions and shopping. Few blocks to the Obelisc and Colon theater. Hotel breakfast was good and the hotel conditions was very nice.

The hotel was fine, nothing fancy but suitable for our needs. My only gripe is the price of drinks and a sandwich at the bar. On check out they presented us with a bill for $68 for four smallish margaritas and a two ham and cheese sandwiches....no fries or salad....just a plain white bread sandwich that's it. My suggestion, find a nearby bar or restaurant.

The hotels in Punta del Este all seem to be small low-rise, and of a similar standard to the Jamaica. Location - a block from the beach, and 4 blocks from Av. Gorlero. Free wi-fi. Very pleasant staff. Parking. Safe in the room. (No kettle.) Continental breakfast is pretty good. The pool is a little small, but it was too cool to swim there anyway. The rooms were clean. Maid was very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Water was nice and hot. The shower pressure wasn't the greatest, but it was adequate. We forgot to bring the cable to charge our ipad. We asked at the front desk if they had one, and they had a box full of assorted chargers and cables. Perfect. We borrowed it and returned it when we left. Now the negative: The first night we were fine. The next night, we had neighbours in the adjoining room. At 6pm, their TV was on. Loud? Yes. We would have asked them to turn it down if it was still on when we returned, However, at night, we could hear the neighbours when they coughed. Luckily, it wasn't that often. Hope all neighbours are quiet and thoughtful when you stay here. OK, this hotel isn't on par with somewhere like the Conrad, but given the sparsity of hotels, I will have to give it 4* for the rate (off season) that we paid. High-season rates are triple, and I would not want to pay that. From November to March,: pay your food/drinks bill in restaurants in PDE and you get a 22% discount - a refund of VAT (sales tax). We also got 22% off the car hire!

Ticked all the boxes. Basic but comfortable and functional. Very helpful and an all round lovely stay. Would return.
