Room felt very damp..bedding felt damp..not sure if this was perhaps the first time being used for a while... Pool is very very small and I don't like the way anyone,non residents can come in and book sunbeds.. Breakfast was poor...very much "meh" Functional not appetising...some mornings this greek hotel had no greek yogurt..! Over all perceptions...poor choice..poor amenities..damp feeling room...not for me..

Very helpful and friendly staff. The room as described, overlooking the sea. Lovely breakfast every morning. Hotel situated 15 minutes flat walk along the sea front and harbour, to the old town.

We loved our stay at the hotel. Excellent location, free parking and great location. The breakfast was fresh and a lot of choice. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Definitely would stay again

Could not fault this hotel. The food, rooms, hotel in general were all good and the staff exceptional. The only downside was that people not staying in the hotel are allowed to come in and use the facilities if they buy a drink at the bar. We were at the swimming pool and witnessed several people use the pool etc and were quite loud and rowdy at times. To me this is NOT what 5 star hotels should be doing as it takes away the exclusivity from the hotel’s guests who have paid a premium to be there and others can swan in use loungers etc when there may not be enough for hotel guests.

Fantastic location and hotel for visiting Rhodes! Walking distance to both the new and old town. Fabulous breakfast with everything you could imagine. We stayed in a suite (room 306) which is huge and has a great sea view. The staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Alot of history at the hotel, casino was nice, centrally located to old town, breakfast had a nice variety.

Almost 100 years old luxury hotel at the heart of Rhodes. Great breakfast served to your table. The best thing about this hotel was the helpful and friendly staff. We are definately coming back!

We absolutely loved the architecture and design of the hotel. The way they preserved its authentic look while incorporating modern renovations was fantastic. From the moment we checked in, the service was impeccable — the staff at the front desk, restaurant, and cleaning team all went above and beyond. Every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
