Great service and great food and good area

Hotel in the city center, rooms are quite comfortable. But the service is not good.

The condition of the room is very different from the advertisement picture. The entrance is dark, seems musty, and is a bit old.

Service is not satisfactory, staff is not friendly, can rooms with AC condition leak. once we complain, we don't respond well. Room not as good.

Good, close to shopping There should be a thermos bottle in the room as well. Overall, it's ok.

located in indian area where you can find indian foods up to 1am, this hotel is old fashioned but comfort and their breakfast taste great! It is 5 minutes walk from ratchaprarop airport train station.

The staff was not friendly at all and very rude to us. The whole time he had his hands on his waist. We asked for 2 separate beds during check in and was confirmed by the receptionist but yet we were given 1 double bed. The toilet was dirty and the door cannot be closed properly. Just outside our room is a trolley full of linens and towels, not sure if its clean or not. The room was not at all like the one in the photos they showed before we made our booking! I really felt cheated and worst we cannot refund our money.
