Great place for a family vacation

Very beautiful with so much greenery

Rooms were very nice, although ours smelled like cigarette smoke. Because it was a new room, it wasn't bad. Property is still under development and will be an amazing place when it is done. Rated it a bit power just because there was lots of development construction around us.

We just started there one day. We wish we could stay there longer.

Gorgeous resort, beach and awesome pool. They have everything for kids. We were in the comfort apartments. The first night we got dirty stained sheets with a long hair and smelled used. This was on a SOFA pull out bed mattress. Check your sheets before getting in bed. See pics on google maps. The half board buffet is the worst tasting food we have ever had. It's like they make it so bad you will pay at the 4 restaurants. It's like a mad cattle rush for the half board buffet. Kids will eat anything. A shame for such a cool place.

Cleaner room please

The only thing we did not like was the fact that you had to pay for the use of the sun beds and that price was extortionate. None of the activities were free and again these were pricey.

We checked into the apartment to find ants and a lizard. Doors were not sealed. Felt like Pontins chalet. We decided to pay to upgrade to a Premium mobile home, for an extra €35/night it was much better.

Unbelievable location and range of activities and shopping options in one place Best option for families with kids Food choices unlimited and very good Accommodations and average, light bulbs were off Front desk staff overwhelmed and gives minimal information at the check in. They should talk about all the options at the property. It took us a week to figure things out. It would make a huge difference if check in staff would explain different options at the resort.

Check in was a bit too slow, almost 45 minutes. Access to pool closes too early (5-6pm). Good place for families

This resort was beautiful, food was delicious!

Reception staff is very rude and has no courtesy for customers, they should be trained. On the other hand entertainment team is amazing - hats off to Petra and Antonio. Overall not great experience: - horrible check in experience - understaffed reception so long queues - everything is paid for additionally - lack of instructions from reception - reception line doesn’t work so you can’t reach out to them from room - no tea or coffee in the room - no electricity for a period of time - TVs are obsolete and hardly work

Best room so far. No welcome not welcome. At least the receptionist smiled on leaving. U can pick sea cucumber at the marina

The resort was nice but nothing like the pictures online, and no regular housekeeping. You have to pay for clean towels! Everything inside is priced separately, why not charge just 1 entrance fee for the kiddie park and rides?

Amenities were missing. No glass to drink water,no cubs to drink tea.phone wasnt working.after spending some time i got it work but there was no information anywhere how to reach to the reception. I managed to call from my mobile which cost me extra money, asked for missing items and they were never sent.very disappointed with the service.i woudnt stay here

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great for families. Stayed in superior apartment.

We had a great time.

Amazing place. The reception was excellent. We arrived at midnight and as requested they kept the dinner for us. Can’t fault anything in this resort.
