Wonderful stay.

Super big room and pretty view. Very nice hotel right next to the beach and nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommend as it's one of the best hotels.

Beautiful location. Very clean. Staff was polite but not so friendly. Staff seemed not interested at all in us but rather just getting the job done. I suppose that’s what counts but at check in, a warmer welcome would go a long way. Our room was nice and clean with a great view from the balcony. We were in the building above reception. Bed was hard- not for someone with a sensitive back or back issues. Beach loungers were included but good umbrellas were an extra charge. Seems strange to do that. The hotel offered free umbrellas but they were basically rain umbrellas- not strong enough for the constant sea breeze or big enough for two people. I suggest the hotel include adequate umbrellas with the loungers. Also faucet water not acceptable for drinking. Had to buy water for drinking. Bar on site was convenient with decent food. The hotel is not directly on the beach but just across from the beach- across a narrow busy dirt/ sand road. Easy and convenient. We would return but would need the adequate umbrellas included and we would need a softer Mattress or topper for the bed.

Great staff! Very helpful front desk- made our stay so much better. Great breakfast every morning and wonderful market on site with really reasonable prices. Would stay here again!

Everything was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so nice and very helpful when we needed anything. Our only complaint was that we had the breakfast included in our stay and it was just okay, not bad by any means but the same every day. Overall loved staying here:)

We absolutely loved this hotel and wish we has stayed longer. It’s beautiful and clean. We had a beautiful ocean view room. This hotel is right on the beach with its on beach club. The beach was gorgeous! They also have a really nice pool with hot tub. The bus to Naxos town stops right at the hotel so it’s nice if you want to go there. There are also restaurants within walking distance that are delicious.

We loved our stay at Plaza Beach! A fantastic location at the very end of the Plaka Beach bus route. It was great having a minimart right there to buy our bus tickets and any any goodies we wanted. The staff are really friendly, from the pool bar, to buffet, cleaner, and reception. They were kind to organize a driver for our cooking class. We had several meals from the pool bar. Great Naxos fries and cant forget the chicken nuggets. The fruit salad was also really good. Beds are a bit hard and it would have been nice to have blankets in the room, instead of just a sheet. But, the folks at the front counter quickly had them for us. We would definitely return.

Very good location, and efficient, helpful staff

Perfect for Families We recently stayed at the Plaza Beach Hotel in Naxos. While the rooms are quite basic, they are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained – exactly what we needed for a relaxing family holiday. We chose the standard family room, and it was perfect for two adults and two teenagers – spacious enough for everyone, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a garden terrace. The real highlight of this hotel is the location. It’s right on the beach, with beautiful golden sands and crystal-clear blue sea just steps away. The pool is also a great bonus – clean, well-kept, and ideal for both kids and adults when we wanted a break from the beach. There’s a pool bar as well and the food there was good. The staff were wonderful – very friendly and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. Another big plus is the hotel’s position right on the bus route, making it super easy to get into Naxos Town and back without needing a car. There are a few places to eat relatively nearby, but the first strip of restaurants where there’s a decent amount of choice is a 25 minute walk. There’s also a mini-market on site which is really handy.

Plaza Beach is our go-to on Naxos - awesome if you have kids or if you don't. Excellent rooms, clean, great staff - all around love Plaza Beach - this comes from a seasoned traveler ~

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the complimentary breakfast was both satisfying and delicious. Its location directly across from the beach made access incredibly convenient. One thing to note is the $30 fee for umbrella and chair rentals on the beach, which I had assumed would be included in the stay. That aside, everything else was excellent. Public transportation to Old Town was very convenient, with a bus stop located right in front of the hotel. There is also a mini market on the property.

I enjoyed my stay in Plaka Beach, but the hotel was just ok. It felt very impersonal. But I prefer smaller family-run hotels. So if you like resort-type facilities, then this is a good choice. Pros: Right at a beautiful beach Convenient to bus stop to Naxos town Mini market on site Great breakfast buffet Nice pool Great for families Restaurants nearby Clean rooms (the cleaning staff was amazing!) Nice sea view Cons: Very impersonal, unfriendly staff Bar food and drinks mediocre Expensive beach beds and not enough for all hotel guests (they raised the price halfway through my stay) Very uncomfortable beds No shade on the balconies

Overall clean room and friendly staff. Right across the street from the beach. Nice hotel pool. Free breakfast okay. Free complimentary drink from bar was nice. Bathroom could have been nicer and it was two twin beds pushed together instead of a queen bed. Bed was not super comfortable but it did the job. Our room was right outside a chicken coupe so there was a rooster making noise constantly which was a little annoying but this is in the adjacent property and I don't think the hotel could do much about that.

Most relaxing stay at the quiet end of Plaka. Well run hotel. The most beautiful beach for swimmers! We were fine here for three nights without a car. The bus runs from the port and stops right in front of the hotel. Multiple places to rent sunbeds on the beach and tavernas within walking distance.

Ideal location on Naxos, right at the end of Plaka Beach strip. Took the bus from the port, last stop on the route, easy and affordable to get to. We appreciated the calmness of the beach as it was not in the center of the action so not as crowded as the other areas, yet still easily accessible by bus and walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms and furniture have not been updated and are old and show signs of wear, however the rooms are kept clean. Enjoyed drinks and snack bar service on the beach.

The location is perfect, away from the busier sections of Plaka Beach. The Breakfast is 5-star. The pools are great, and it is directly across the street from the beach. The server that comes to the beach to takes order is a star. She is positive and upbeat. The bus that goes into town originates at the hotel. For $2.50, this certainly beats Uber! This is my second time here, and we will be back!
