Very good service staff But the pillow is gone But you can call to request a cotton pillow. But I'm not satisfied with the front office staff saying I can call and ask. We didn't keep them in the room. What is the way we keep it for the customers? Yes, the word is not correct. This has been quite a lot of five stars. No one has spoken about this yet.

Clean sea fan delux room I happened to get a room facing the sea, the resort was quite beautiful, the hotel staff was friendly, breakfast was quite varied, the negative location of the hotel a bit far from the beach was the main road, from the room to the lobby it had to go uphill.

It's the second time I stayed here at Mandarava and it is still a wonderful experience. There were some issues with the bathroom but it was very quickly rectified. The room was gorgeous and I really enjoy the serenity of this place.

Comfortable room with great views, friendly staff and very delicious buffet brekkie. The pools are nice and well maintained. Only downside would be the distance of the hotel from karon shops. While it is only a 15-20 mins walk, it's an uphill walk back to the hotel on the way back.
