Expansive and pleasant grounds.

Everything was good.

We live in the area but wanted to have a night out in an air conditioned room and use of a pool so we decided to stay here. Check in was great, we walked around the grounds and admired to outside scenes were very nice. The pool was nice however it was very hot in the pool area itself. In the middle of the night the air conditioning in my room broke and started pumping out hot air. It was so hot the bathroom floor was sweating and I fell. They had to replace it with a new one it took about an hours to do at 5am. Instead of having us change rooms we waited in the heat for them to fix it. Once they were done getting back to sleep was impossible. We waited for breakfast which was also very nice.

whole property doesn’t do recycling. cans bottles. and breakfast service uses single use plastics. this is TERRIBLE and HORRIFIC by a international hotel chain. I wont go back

Nice quiet secluded hotel. Very peaceful. Staff was nice and friendly.

This is my new favorite hotel! Beautifully tucked away in a wooded and quiet location. Amazing amenities. Plenty of space and incredibly easy parking. I just wish they recycled (in the breakfast area and in the guest rooms).

Very nice, super clean, attentive staff, lovely wooded property, restaurant on-site, minutes from Hamilton train station.

Ricky at the front desk checked us in, he is an amazing representative of your hotel. Kind, welcoming, prepared, addressed us by name and is the epitome of what a person working in hospitality should be. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Pancake machine was out, coffee ran out and the food didn't seem as fresh as it could have been. Otherwise this is a very nice hotel and we would stay there again.

The pool is not directly on the property.
