The hotel is beautiful, a bit old but clean and spacious. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is delicious but has a limited selection. I highly recommend The Cliff to everyone.

It's very hot. I don't know what's wrong, but even with the air conditioner set to 16 degrees and maximum fan speed, the room is still very hot at night. I can't sleep.

I recently had a 3-day, 2-night stay at The Cliff Resort, and overall, it was a very fulfilling experience. What impressed me most about The Cliff was the lush green surroundings and the very peaceful beachfront, truly an ideal destination for relaxation and rejuvenation. If you have the chance to visit, you should definitely try the spa and karaoke rooms; I personally highly appreciate these amenities. However, to make the resort a more perfect experience and a frequent destination for me, I hope the management can address the following two points: - Soundproofing quality: I hope the resort can check the sound in the rooms at night; currently, noise still leaks in, slightly affecting my rest time. - Nighttime support service: Around 10 PM, I called the restaurant to ask for some ice to share with my drink, but I didn't receive the enthusiastic support I expected. Hopefully, the restaurant department will improve customer service during this time. Although there are still a few minor areas for improvement, I am very grateful to The Cliff Resort for their support and for making my stay so memorable. I wish the resort continued growth and hope to see positive changes on my next visit!

Returning seven times in over a year, The Cliff has consistently been the best choice.

Pros: Beautiful, delicious food, friendly staff. Cons: The room wasn't soundproof, my family couldn't sleep because the next room was very noisy. A terrible night for my family.
