The hotel is very close to the station, which makes it super convenient—especially if you’re planning to explore Shibuya and the surrounding areas. You can easily walk to many popular spots! The room was fairly clean and the staff were very helpful throughout the stay. However, if you’re bringing a large suitcase, the space inside the room might feel a bit tight for fully opening it. Mobile signal reception was a bit weak, so I relied mostly on the hotel’s Wi-Fi, which worked fine. Overall, it’s a great value for the location—right in the heart of Shibuya and still reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for convenience without breaking the bank. One suggestion: it would be great if the photos on the booking page could be updated to reflect the current look of the hotel.

The room is quiet compact. For us, non Japanese person, it ' s really hard to move especially with bulky lugage. But the location is great. Somehow it ' s close to almost everything.

Nice hotel.. you can smell nice scent at the alley. If you manage your luggage well it can fit for 4 luggages (medium size).

Very nice the staff is very friendly and make us comfort to stay in here... room is little bit small but it's ok because the room is very clean and its japan averages room in this price I thought. Hope will come here again with my family. Love Japan from Indonesia 😍😘

The rooms were ok, clean and the bed was comfortable, just thought it was slightly overpriced and in a cnr of Shibuya that was a little dodgy.
