Beautiful and clean

Hotel is wonderful but The neighborhood at night is Dangerous. I was stopped by employee and a guest who said I should order in and not to walk outside hotel at night. Your services should notify us of this BEFORE I book it. Also a reduction in price should reflect this negative.

Staff was awesome

The wifi was not working. They did not write my name well for wifi login. The parking was said to be free in hotels.com but it was not. I had to pay an extra 120$ for parking

I did not like this property at all. There were bugs in my room crawling on the ceiling and in the bathroom. In addition, the TV did not work. I am requesting a refund.

There is no designated luggage drop off area. Although recommendation is to park in parkade first, you are then left with hauling your luggage up two flights of stairs to the lobby; not ideal to say the least.

The room needs maintenance, the bathroom was smelly and required maintenance.

I attended a concert on Sunday evening, and I found this hotel to be the perfect location for events at Prudential Center. The hotel itself is immaculate. However, I did experience some issues with check-in and parking. The front desk staff member working on Sunday evening was quite rude. It seemed that I was bothering her during her downtime, and she appeared very agitated when ansering my questions about the parking, which was poorly organized. On a positive note, my check-out experience was much better. The hotel manager was very professional, in stark contrast to the employee who handled my check-in. It's important for all staff to understand that customer service is crucial, especially since not all guests are local residents. This hotel is best choice for the venue, and it would be unfortunate if any guests decided not to return due to poor customer service and a disgruntled employee.

My stay was good! The only complaint I have was that I was told free breakfast was included and it was not. I had to pay for my breakfast. Very disappointing
