Greatest place ever!

General manager Marcel K. was very helpful! He went the extra mile on everything--ave me information on buying, scheduled helicopter ride to the airport for me. Trent L. helped me out several times, including when I needed directions--easy place to get lost.

Very accommodating!! l went for a birthday celebration and we were treated very well. Upgraded to a floor room when the original booked room was a balcony. Amazing views and calm scenery. Kayaking tour was fun!

Overall loved this resort. Beautiful people and property. Could have used a little more food options but otherwise amazing place.

Todo perfecto solo tienen problemas con ratas. Everything was perfect just they have problems with rats , if you are outside your room therw will be rats trying to eat your food outside your room but the service was excellent.

This is by far the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. Everyone was kind and attentive. The rooms were perfect, the view was perfect, nothing negative to say about this resort. If you ever get a chance to stay here, do it, you will not regret it. You could stay on the resort for a weekend and not get bored.
