I had a wonderful stay at the Iconic Hotel in Da Nang, which truly lives up to its reputation for high-quality service under Accor 's management. I was pleasantly surprised by the food menu available all day, showcasing delicious local ingredients with beautifully crafted flavors. The service was top-notch throughout my stay. I'll definitely be coming back.

In addition to the expensive location near the Han River, Novotel Danang hotel loses points on many other criteria such as outdated infrastructure, unprofessional messy reception area, very dirty lobby floor, lack of cleaning staff, area The 4th floor swimming pool passing by the dining room is extremely inconvenient, the room service is also slow and there is an additional problem with the access card to the room.

View of fireworks is very ok. Enthusiastic support. But waiting for check in check out is very long while there are many counters. The air conditioner was very cold and could not be adjusted. The hotel should pay attention to this issue.
