Internet is horrible

I loved the breakfast, the cozy room, the staff super polite and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The only positive point in this hotel is the location. Rooms are old, lot of mold. No cups or glasses in the room No iron. They have 1 steamer for 200 apartments

Easy chek in and out.

The pizzeria is amazing. The rooms are way tiny. The photos made it seem like there was some space.

It's pretty decent. Uppon paying a small fee, you get a nice variety of things for breakfast, it's close to malls and downtown, there's a taxi company right outside of the hotel but uber works great too. The problem is and when there's a party going on in the neighborhood, then you may have a hard time falling asleep because you can hear everything. I guess they need to buy soundproof windows. Wifi works, the bed is comfortable but the room size is pretty small.

I called the reception a couple times asking for a blanket, and when they finally answered the told me to come to the reception to grab it there. I didn’t like it. I think they could have extra blanket in the room. Also there was no extra towels in the room.

The hotel was very clean with friendly staff and great service.

We used this hotel as a stop over before a early flight after amazon. We did not leave hotel so can not comment on area however hotel was perfect for the cost. Clean rooms and lovely staff. Would definatley recommend this hotel to stay.

Well the pic online show pool at the hotel but when we got there the hotel not have pool very disappointed was so hot

These rooms are some of the smallest I have seen, no dresser or space to put luggage, barely 12 inches between beds. Very very clean. Shower door opens maybe 16 inches. Night and weekend staff speak little English or Spanish, I had to resort to google translate. You only get 1 towel per person. The attached restaurant had really good food, there's a nice cafe on ground floor. Weekday staff very helpful, spoke some English. Decent internet and no issues with water pressure. Area seems safe

Hotel razoável, muito barulhento

Hotel bom. Muito bem localizado. Mais parece um quarto de flat. Pequeno e sem atrativos no hotel. Mas atende a necessidade. Custo benefício muito bom.

O café da manhã não estava incluso ao custo de r$ 42 por dia mas é um bife livre muito bem servido as coisas são muito gostosas apesar de não ter tanta variedade assim

Hotel com excelente localização, perto de tudo! Limpeza deixou a desejar, dá pra ver que as limpezas diarias são bem superficiais. Mofo no chão do banheiro e no teto, se olhar no canto das coisas tem sujeira acumulada. Banheiro não tem porta, apenas dois boxes (que não vão até o teto): um do chuveiro e outro do vaso. Achei pouco privativo se você estiver dividindo o quarto com outras pessoas. Estacionamento tem, mas é nas calçadas e apenas se você der sorte de encontrar uma vaga. No geral eu esperava mais da limpeza, mas para uma noite foi ok.

Quarto limpo, equipe de funcionários simpática, mas o padrão construtivo do hotel deixa muito a desejar. Precisei acionar o serviço de quarto para: fechadura eletrônica do quarto, cofre e frigobar com problemas. No site constava Café da manhã disponível, mas você só sabe que tem um pagamento de 42,00/pessoa no check-in. Quarto para casal muito pequeno, não tem espaço para colocar duas malas médias e banheiro menor ainda. Tive que trocar para um quarto triplo. O piso do box tinha caimento contrário ao ralo.
