Everything is excellent- room, staff, service, breakfast, bed, etc. It our favorite hotel to stay in after a long flight to Paris.

Stayed one night. My credit card shows two withdrawals for the one night. I have tried to have the duplicate charge reimbursed to my card. This has been extremely frustrating. I have emailed with proof. Called to follow up on three separate occasions and still no communication from them. Very disappointing and not what I would expect from a Relais and Chateau hotel. The double charge is very frustrating but the lack of response and communication from them is equally disappointing.

Had a nice weekend getaway and they were very accommodating with our baby and crib.

Very beautiful hotel, extremely friendly staff and bent over backwards to make our short stay as enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very nice apart from the false fire alarm at 1.30am getting us out of bed in the middle of the night and no explanation to why? Other than that staff very polite and helpful. Hotel lovely. Spa didn’t have enough loungers and water in jacuzzi was cold and steam room not working.

Beautiful property right at the Chateau de Chantilly entrance. Comfortable room with great hotel amenities such as pool, gym, and sauna. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Staff was kind and accommodating. Gave suggestions for lovely running trails around the city.

The fine dining restaurant in the hotel is very poor, we had the prime Rib " Rib of ile beef " and it was the worse dish i have ever seen and tasted, Not recommended at all.

The hotel is very nice, and we get upgraded to junior suite with a little extra rate , which make the experience in this beautiful little town more enjoyable.

Never have I ever been to a hotel with such professional and delightful staff. Every staff member we came across was beyond nice and beyond helpful. By far the nicest hotel I’ve been to. The restaurant was wonderful. The hummus crackers were amazing. Chantilly and Senlis were gorgeous to visit. We wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to come back. It was a wonderful place to spend the last 2 nights of our honeymoon. Again, we cannot express how welcoming the staff was. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent in every way possible!

After four days in Paris it was dreamy to take a quick 25 min train ride to Chantilly and stay here. My fiance and I got engaged the night before we stayed here & it was so special to celebrate it here. The staff was great, the room was clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the pool and sauna as well, it was nice how late the pool and sauna were open too (10pm).

Fabulous stay!

Not recommending this hotel as service was disappointing and the room was ok - particularly considering the price / brand. My main issue is that I asked the desk to call me a taxi for the airport but instead they booked me the hotel car. They never informed me of this and they never provided a rate (not even on my final bill) and only found out about this when they charged my credit card after I left. Had I known this was a hotel car / been a told of the rate at any point I would never have taken the car (it’s an appalling 195 euros for a 30 minute ride vs a taxi which is 70). When I finally got a hold of someone at the hotel and they explained the charge (3 days after check out), they acknowledged that this was their error but said since I took the car there was nothing they would do. Perhaps an ok respond or a 2-star hotel but pretty poor service for a ‘5*’. Additionally the room stunk of cigarettes.

We absolutely loved our stay , a lovely walkable little town with a stunning castle , we came after Paris for a little down time . The staff went above and beyond in every way to make us feel welcome , especially as Americans . Special shoutout to Ramy the concierge , and Eduard the fabulous sommelier. We so enjoyed our delicious dinner in the brasserie the first night , we decided to splurge and sit at the chefs table at the gastronomy restaurant the 2nd night for a 7 course tasting menu and it was an evening we will never forget! Incredible food and wine . We also enjoyed the quiet and spacious room , the pool and the buffet breakfast . A terrific stay !! Highly recommended!

Great place, front desk staff were grumpy.So were the restaurant staff

An excellent location for visiting the Chateau, the riding stables and the town. All are an easily walkable distance. We ate in both the hotel restaurants and enjoyed our meals and the service immensely. We look forward to returning.
