I have Stayed 2x. It does have a pool. But wifi is weak. Doors not secure at all. Tey should ask if you mind a room that has had smokers and pets. Breakfast is mediocre. They can do better.

Sucio, el desayuno súper limitado, no tiene para nada habiente tranquilo a la hora del desayuno, las áreas comunes: sauna, turco, baños, gimnasio sucios olores incómodos, las máquinas terribles de viejas que ni sirven no tiene implementos para hacer asepsia. Solo tiene la fachada del hotel y fotos atractivas.

The hotel feels like it's stuck in a time warp, with facilities that haven't seen an update in three decades. While the price feels right for what's offered, its prime location screams for a much-needed modern makeover.

The view of the mountains is beautiful, the sounds of birds in the mornings, nice pool , Olympic size, clean rooms, clean bed sheets, good air conditioning in the room, excellent breakfast. Very well located in front of the hill bringing fresh cool air to a very hot city.

Terrible conditions. No hot watter. Very old rooms. Not even dinner service after 9 pm.

Old hotel, alot of noise from outside gets into the room. we stayed for 1 night, the day we stayed there was a wedding that ended around 1 am, the noise was very loud and I couldn't sleep until the wedding ended. We asked for the wifi password, they told us the password would be in the room. we got to the room, there was no wifi password. We tried to call reception, the phone was not working. When walked to the reception, asked for the wifi, they told us they don't know it and they were going to send the IT guy. We told them to fix the phone, we went back to the room, no one came. We went again to the reception. After 30 mins, a "guy" came in, gave us the wifi and took the phone for "repair" we never came back. We went out that night, and we told the receptionist, again, that we needed the phone in case we need something, emergency etc. She said that if it was OK that someone enter the room without us being there to "repair" the phone, we said ok. We came back, and the phone was not "repaired". So customer service = 0, the worst. Next morning, breakfast was 3/10. Bottom line, I do not recommend this hotel not even to stay 1 night. Stay away from here.

The only nice thing about this hotel are the pools, the building itself is very old, the doors have locks with keys, not cards like all other hotels, the door is flimsy and any one can break in. I was wondering when checking in, why the staff was recommending to buy daily insurance, now I know why, I had never been asked to add insurance by other hotels. Rooms are old, firnuture is old, the bathrooms do look renovated. The room phone is still rotary!!!!!! Unbelievable, stay away, go to GH Grand Hotel instead, is awesome, I stayed there once but could not get a room for the holidays. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Old, moldy, false pictures, broke AC, broke toilet, unsafe door, old paint

Pleasant stay, staff polite. No buffet breakfast as advertised but it was ok and not the same things every day. Rooms facing the road a bit noisy. No hot water on 2 successive mornings (and yes I did let the water run). I have checked in here twice and both times they changed me extra tax at 19%, so be aware of this. All in all I can recommend this hotel.

Mostly good. Nice rooms good breakfast but got double charged local taxes which was annoying. Good value if you get a reduced rate but work out the tax before you arrive.

this hotel overcharges tax twice. can't be allowed . must adhere to rules. the rooms were shocking. can stay elsewhere better than here

The rooms are outdated. They need a renovation really bad...Noisy rooms horrible AC, bathrooms very old and ugly
