Clean and friendly service

We stayed one night before heading to join a group at an all-inclusive. The free shuttle from the airport was easy to use. The king size unit was small but clean and suited our needs for one night. The room amenities include a coffee maker, iron/ ironing board and the usual hotel toiletry items. The property was clean and is across the steet from a mall with plenty of restaurants. We ate dinner at Burlao Grill and both the service and food were great. We could hear doors shut and others talking past our door but it was not bothersome. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean and room service was on point. The breakfast menu was very good and the pastries always fresh and delicious

The entire staff and especially Lydia and the front desk staff were phenomenal

Before checking me in they asked for my charge card to deduct the daily processing fee.Staff would not work with me regarding leaving a day early as American Airlines advised a American east coast storm was predicted and for that reason I was allowed to reschedule my flight WITHOUT A FEE.

The staff is the most amazing experience I've received in Punta Cana.

Lugar muy agradable

Convenient in many aspects. But the rooms are super noisy. There is a locked door shared between two rooms (as if they were supposed to be suites) and you can hear EVERYTHING from the other room (any talks, discussion, tv, etc: at midnight, day, mornings) and can't even sleep at night.

Very close ro the airport and main avenue

First time in DR Punta Cana and everything was beyond my expectations. The food is everything, different options to choose from. My Room was definitely amazing, the view is a major plus. I just got married & will be back to have my destination wedding. Save the best for last… The staff was outstanding and I recommend them all!! 5 Stars!!!

This was a perfect spot for us to relax and be refreshed before heading to our conference.

We stayed here one night before heading to our resort the next day for a week . I would stay here again. Room was clean , hotel has a pool and small covered patio area that we had lunch outside by the pool . There is no bar outside however they did allow us to bring drinks outside. Great location as far as shops and places to eat across the street as well .

Overall nice hotel, quiet.

Waking distance from airport

The staff are so nice and accommodating. It is across the street from Punta Cana village which has great boutique stores and restaurants.

Truly the best hotel staff you will meet. Flexible and knowledgeable and helpful. Also, great hotel.

The property was very expensive but it was close to the airport and walkable and safe community. The staff were not very friendly in the restaurant. They don't want to serve you. However the facilities was clean and rooms were well maintained.

Very clean modern room with a shopping area nearby.
