Clean room honestly Friendly staff, free parkings , but the service is poor , restaurant close after 10 pm no food available They didnt provide water in room Pillows were uncomfortable and old , noisy street

Beautiful hotel with clean and beautiful room

Staff was wonderful - every person was extremely friendly. Luca, our server at the restaurant, did an amazing job at showing us hospitality. The property was nice and quiet - compared to the previous days of having tons of people around it was a welcomed difference. The spa and amenities were above and beyond and very reasonably priced. Would absolutely stay again!

The hotel was fine but not of the room that they give us the AC work so if you are person that like air conditioning specially on the summer this is not the place to stay

Close to airport. Staff was friendly. Fun, modern, hotel.

First of this place is a lovely place to stay but the problems comes with having to pay for everything like using their pool, there's nothing like complimentary requests there's a surge for everything. We wanted to have a spa session but they first off said there was one staff who could do it but later said there isn't any staff available after we said we were okay with having turns. The hotel is far from everything and the transportation service is just not it if you haven't got your own. The reservation had breakfast but no one mentioned this and showed us where to go, I requested for a late checkout and it was finalised before the trip only for the hotel staff to inform me on the day of the check out theyre fully booked.

Great luxary Motel / hotel to stay nearby the Milan Airport and the cool town of Busto Arsizio. The SPA room is only $35 per person and WORTH EVERY PENNY. Its a updated beautiful Spa with everything you could possibly need to decompress and relax.

Excellent service , nice rooms. BUT Too far from the “ nearest “ train station, if you don’t have car you will need to pay minimum $35 to $50 cab to the train station or $50 to the nearest shopping center. The shuttle service very nice but expensive . the town where the hotel is located has limited public transportation, is almost impossible to find an Uber or taxi after 9pm . Staff excellent !!

The hotel was very modern and everything was updated, our room was extremely hot and they said the ac was aoff for this season, We asked for a fan and never got one, large stained wall over bed ,nasty!!! Would not stay there again...

The hotel was lovely but i did struggle to sleep as room was very stufft. Had to leave the door open to ventilate but was awake as a result as was on ground floor with ability for anyone to just enter my room. Used the spa and pool which was lovely. Used the gym for fast paced walking but no air con and very stuffy.

Had to book this place for a last minute stay to get my flight the next morning. It’s about 20 minutes away from the airport. My first impression was that it’s very nice looking (VERY pricy though). I walk in my room and there are stink bugs EVERYWHERE on the curtain and bed. The hotel was nice and gave me a new room right away which didn’t have any bugs. I wish they had AC but other than it was fine. The food onsite at their restraunt was good.
