I stayed for 3 nights and returned again 1 night after coming from Osaka. Last night the room AC wasn't cold at all and because the staff couldn't speak English it took a long time to handle it even though after that I was exchanged for another room but shared two separate rooms with my children. However the location is the best, side by side with metro train and near lawson and family mart.

Close to mcd, near lawson, near subway and bus stations, very strategic, the Sotetsu group always has standards of cleanliness and tidiness for all of its hotels. Highly recommended for tourists who are visiting Japan for the first time.

Loved staying here for the 2nd time. Really loved the hotel. Good, clean, very quiet for the toyocho branch. Who doesn't like the congestion? Recommend to come here

The perfect hotel. It is old but well maintained. It is very clean and they provide so many compliments, include skin care. Can you believe it? Not so common hotel. They provide beauty oil for dry skin, toner, mask, body lotion, etc. who makes female traveler feel pampered. They provide variety of tea, coffee, creamer, dll. The room is basic but they provide everything we need. Hair dryer, safety box, amenities such as toothbrush, soap, shampoo is well prepared. The bed is comfy and we get good rest enough. The location is strategic too. Just follow exit 5 (central gate) from Toyocho station and you will see the hotel on the right side, same building with Italian restaurant. The minimarket is everywhere, but my favourite is mininarket across hotel. It is large, complete, and they provide table to eat food there. The only minus is just no free water.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Small room but enough for us with one child. Near by the TOYOcho station exit 5. It's close to the Daily Mart MCD. Restaurants are also many and tasty around the hotel

We stayed in the room for 2 people. Room was a bit small, but somehow manageable, as Japan is a minimalist country. Everything was good, from wash room, shower place, bathtub, facilities, simplified check-in & check-out method, peaceful night, etc., but we did not like the bed. I had a really bad back pain every time I woke in the morning and the pain slowly disappeared after a couple of hours, but again the same pain occurred every morning as well as when I was just resting for a while, perhaps the bed was too soft. The location was very near to Tokyo Metro Toyocho Station, so it was very convenient to move around. Plus, since we are using the 72-hours unlimited ride for Metro and Toei trains, it was even better saving for us. Next, convenience store(Lawson) is also just few steps away and 24 hours convenience store is just opposite of the hotel. There is a cafe called Pronto on Ground Floor as well as several restaurants(Saizeria and Japanese restaurant) in the same building as the hotel, but since we have a concern on Halal foods, we have avoided these shops. There is also an Indian restaurant about 10-15 minutes away from the hotel, selling Halal foods, but it seems a little fishy as they are showing Halal certificate given by Brazil... as Brazil is not a Muslim country. If the Halal certificate is given by the Japan Muslim Association or Malaysian Islamic organization any authorized organization, we would have tried go for it, but it is better to avoid it since we have a suspicion on it. The reason why I stated Malaysian Islamic Organization is because Malaysia is the closest Muslim country from Japan. Overall, it was one of the best stays that we have ever had. We were able to visit many interesting places such as Tokyo Sky-Tree, Tokyo Tower, multiple observatories, Shibuya, Ginza, Nihombashi, biggest Daiso(100 Yen Shop) in the world is also just few stations away (less than 10 stations), Ikebukuro etc. Basically, everything is just about 20-30 minutes away by train. I don't know if this is considered as a close location to you, but for us, this is pretty good. However, if you are traveling with small children, it may be a little hassle with the train transits, but everything is very convenient with train. If you are looking at using taxi, it will be a little pricey, so make sure to use Navitime app for guidance. There is also free Wifi almost everywhere, especially in the subway. Anyone who is using Huawei smartphone like me will definitely having a hard time to connect to the free Wifi as mostly it will be rejected. I could only connect with hotel Wifi, but iPhone users are fine. Luckily, my husband is using an iPhone, so it was really convenient for to quickly modify our trip.

Highly recommended, a very strategic location, just a 2-3 minute walk from Toyocho Station (T14 Tozai Line), very easy to find food, right next to the hotel there is a 24-hour McD, on the left side there is Lawson. The facilities in the hotel are very complete, there is a fridge, TV, heater / AC, electric kettle, pajama, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, facial foam, razor, comb and toothbrush are very worth it, for a room with cheap price but complete facilities.

The location is very good, close to the station. Only specifically for those who are grouped if they want to deposit a suitcase, the problem is not limited space.

The hotel is close to the exit of sts. toyocho exit 5, tozai line, going everywhere near, close to the bus stop to Haneda Airport. Good facilities, but the rooms are a bit narrower than the usual standard rooms.

I recommend staying at this hotel, very close to Toyocho Station. Next to the hotel is exit gate 5 of Toyocho Station. The atmosphere is calm, the staff are friendly, to the left and right of the hotel there is Lawson and McD, the bottom of the hotel is the Italian restaurant Pronto. The staff are very friendly and ready to help. There is a laundry on the 2nd floor. Very memorable during your stay here. If you go to Japan for another vacation, you will stay at this hotel again. Thank you Traveloka.
