If there is a word that best describes this property its the filoxenia from the staff. Clean hotel, recently renovated pool and bedrooms. Lovely relaxing beach close by. Also easy access to the town and other nearby beaches if one would like to go as an option. Nice restaurants on the main road followed by a local supermarket, bakeries, petrol station. We will be visiting you all soon Stavroulla and Yiannis

We were upgraded to a newly remodeled suit which had a great contemporary theme. The host and staff were excellent. If you are planning to be in this area of Crete, I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful ocean view hotel. Close to the amazing Balos Beach. Food was delicious. Staff was very friendly.

It was a great hotel close to Balos and Elafonissi beaches. The hotel was really clean, but there was some funky smell close to our room when we opened the door. The pool was nice and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The waves were a little harsh, but really great.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely come back and visit again. The breakfast was delicious and everything was so clean.

This is a nice, quiet, seaside hotel. You can sit outside and enjoy food from their wonderful restaurant basically on the beach the staff was really accommodating.

The property itself is nice, clean and well managed. It is however located at the very edge of town which requires a 15 minute walk into an area where there are dining options. The town itself seems to be in decline which is no fault whatsoever of the property.

Beautiful hotel with a very nice and large pool. It has its own little beach too. Breakfast was fresh and delicious!

Beautiful hotel set in a stunning location on the beach. Check in and check out were both very easy - all staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and a good size (we had the standard front sea view) - a very big bed and a sofa bed for our daughter. Swimming pool was cleaned daily and was perfect. Restaurant - breakfast, lunch and dinner were all superb with a lovely view. Reasonably priced for the quality of food, drink and service received. Quiet and peaceful especially in the evenings - was nice to sit on the balcony and stargaze and look/listen to the bats. Staff gave us information on where to go and booked excursions - all very helpful. Great location, short walk to strip of restaurants and bars. Would totally recommend and plan on visiting again. If we had to find any negative from our stay, it would be that there was no coffee machine in the room (but again that’s only if I had to give a negative as absolutely loved our stay).

Great place good food and wonderful comfy beds

Lovely and peaceful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. We were delayed getting into Chania but there was someone waiting for us at gone 2am. Very lovely hotel and the excursions booked through the hotel were also brilliant. We really enjoyed our stay.
