The facility is clean and well maintained, but a bit far from the main road.

We were in the villa, two adults, two kids 2 and 6. The place is really great. Rosita, who is managing the place was super helpful, suggesting and organizing our activities.

Hilly area. Not recommended for elders. View of sea blocked by trees. Cold welcome Nothing attractive except its eco-friendly area. Not value for money.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY! this place is horrible, has mold. Need upgrades. the elderly property manager and her maid talks about people and they are only about money. The levy tax is all they are concerned about, pay your money and stay at a better place, PLEASE! You will be disappointed here

We were very happy with 'Our little home away from home'. We found it very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The jungle like view from the balcony is very lovely. We had a wonderful time staying at The Palm. Some highlights include a short 15 minute walk to the beach where there is a lot of space you can use for yourself. The beach was clean too. The hotel staff gave us plenty of options to explore around the area including an island tour which we decided to partake in for a reasonable price. There are many shops around the area if you want to save money and eat / cook cheaper meals in the room. Our room was located on a steep incline so be prepared for that. Otherwise great stay!

The hosts are friendly, professional. The staff was efficient. We were here to hit the beaches anyway :) but we did stay in a day as it was raining. Thats when a kitchen and washing machine helped a lot. The apartments are located close to many supermarkets. Ì

Lovely quiet setting in a more residential area of Bel Ombré and is about a 10-15 minute walk to Beau Vallon beach. Large self-catering apartment with two decent sized rooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen and lounge area with access to a balcony overlooking the pool. Room was cleaned and tidied everyday. Christine was a fantastic hostess, very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I felt she went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend and we have left Seychelles with many fond memories. Hopefully we shall return in the not so distant future!

Nice, modern throughout property with great spaces and wonderful vistas over the Beau Vallon bay. Very helpful and accommodating staff. The grounds of the complex well maintained, plenty of colourful and diverse flowers. Could not find anything to dislike about the property.

Nice clean apartment with everything you need for your stay. Car needed as away from stores and restaurants. Very helpful advice provided on places to visit, eat etc. One thought for improvement is outside path lighting. It was difficult to see walking to/from car after dark. Good area to stay for exploring Beau Valon, Victoria and surrounding areas.

Extremely nice apartment, well appointed and very clean. Great staff, friendly and very helpful. Our flight was delayed and someone was waiting for us at 3 AM to give us access to the property and our apartment. Great location, walking distance for the beach at Beau Vallon. I will definitely stay there again during my next trip to Seychelles.

The Palm Seychelles has nice, spacious apartments: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, sitting room and fully fitted kitchen, total of approx. 90 m2. However, staff is only available few hours a day, and there are no services beyond the apartments. The gated access is always locked, and you need a remote to open it. So please make sure to prearrange arrival time, since otherwise you cannot get in, and you risk that there would be no one to handover the room to you. So The Palm Seychelles is not a hotel, but once you understand how they operate, it is a good place to be.

I had a great experience staying at the palm. The apartment was in excellent condition. The palm is very close to the beau vallon beach and Victoria, so it's very easy to get to most of the places in mahe. The only problem I had was that there were too many mosquitoes but that's very common in Seychelles. Also, the housekeeping staff was very good. They sprayed the insecticide every day which helped a lot. It's a great place for families to stay.

Our 2 bedroom apartment with the beach/mountain view and pool access was perfect for our small family, very close to the beach (Beau Vallon) and other facilities such as supermarkets and a small drive to Victoria. The kitchen was well equipped, good cleaning facilities were available and the manager Imtiaz and Cristine were very friendly and always ready to help at anytime. Security was not a worry, you will safe at all time. We had a fairly good internet access although we were warned beforehand that the island experiences bad connection. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Great location staff very helpful booked all our trips and arranged car hire for us,went out of there way to make sure we got the most out of our trip. Would recommend to everyone.
