Not a Hilton at all, poor quality everything , way over priced for what the offer , towels are very old so are the linens and in general and old building requiring to be maintained and updated

Very clean and staff was very courteous

Very clean, very safe. I was there to spend a night. Free breakfast, good. The carpet wall to wall il the room, I do not think it is a good idea. It accumulate dust... etc.

Overall it was good and very clean. Gym availability, coffee 24/7 is fantastic. But there was an odd smell in the room, like a stale odor not fresh.

I found the room very clean everyday of our stay with all the amenities well organized

El Hilton en San Juan del Rio. Uno pensaría que por ser Hilton todo debería ser maravilloso, pues no. Esta es mi experiencia. Mi esposa, mis 2 hijos y yo, rentamos un cuarto por 1 noche. Habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales. La habitación es mínima y muy pequeña, apenas caben las 2 camas. Limpia si, pero realmente pequeña. Tuve la mala suerte que alguien dejó puesto el despertador para sonar a las 4:30am en algun cuarto anexo, así que sonó y sonó y sonó. Hablé a la recepción aproximadamente 3 veces para que lo encontrarar y lo apagaran. Finalmente a las 5 de la mañana el despertador se apagó y pudimos dormir, El check out es a las 12 y desde las 11:50 empezaron a hablarnos para que desocuparamos el cuarto. No me gustó el cuarto, tuve una mala experiencia (mala suerte) por el despertador del otro cuarto. No me volvería a quedar ahí

Buena ubicación para viajes de trabajo, cerca de las plantas y fábricas de SJR.

I liked the evening buffet, the condition and equipment in the room. Very comfortable for a business traveler or couple staying for a night or two.
