The pictures aren’t representative: we expected a newly refurbished design hotel and we found a cheap middle category hotel. We couldn’t sleep because of the emergency light in our room which couldn’t be switched off (see picture). The service was good, the room was clean and location is great.

The hotel is a disaster for all points of view. The furniture (all) and bathroom broken and very old. The staff totally unprepared for such a job. Their attitude is similar with high school students. Also, they do not know any other language. Only location is OK. The staff could explain to us about parking, their verbal and non verbal language is far away from professional.

Superb location, smack between shopping , shops & supermarket. Rooms are clean quite spacious for a boutique hotel. Decor slightly dated. But overall quite comfortable. My room has a bathtub that's comes with buid in jacuzzi function, I'm impressed.

Not a positive experience due to a very unconfortable bed ( too much soft mattress) and a feeling of dusty room. Position good , breakfast nice (appreciate Natural Orange juice).

Had mixed feeling about our stay, mainly because issues with our specific hotel room. Pros: Good location and price was competitive. Customer service was excellent. They're able to accommodate early check in. Large room size and comfortable bed. Cons: as mentioned in the previous reviews, the hotel is aging and needs better upkeep. Air conditioner was not working during our stay and the room was hot, we had to open our window at night to be able to sleep. In addition, there was loud "rattling" sounds coming from the air conditioning unit that makes it hard to sleep.
