Breakfasts the sausage and hash browns could've been cooked a little long. Over all it was clean. Unstand the pool was not available because of renovations, that was sad. Would stay there again.

Pool was out of service at the time of check in which was very disappointing for my kids. I booked online months in advance anticipating a working pool and hot tub so that was a big negative to our stay. Everything else was good though, wish they would have served bacon at one of the breakfasts

Good till I had to get money from the A T M , the personal worker at the desk was watching , he was watching me using the ATM which did not have money , so I went to him , asking him about the ATM, and actually mentioned that there was no Money …. He should have known and politely said before I used ….

I chose this hotel for the pool, but it was closed. Breakfast buffet starts at 0630 too late for my morning flight

Clean rooms and great location.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made a positive impression. The rooms were also well-maintained and clean, contributing to a comfortable environment. However, I did encounter some issues. Unfortunately, the steam room and hot tub were not operational during my visit, which was disappointing as I had looked forward to using those amenities. Additionally, I felt that the room prices were relatively high for the location, especially considering the lack of access to certain facilities.

This hotel is not maintained for cleanliness. The lobby was not being mopped and always looked wet and sandy. There were Oreos and cherrios in the hand sanitizer in the elevator that stayed there for the duration of our stay. The toilet almost made me throw up. It was stained orangish brown by where the screws hold the lid. Our first room had a window open and the crank wouldn’t close it so we had to move. Our second room the lock on the bathroom didn’t close. We left a day early needless to say.

It’s really expensive for what we got. The room seems cramped … we hear everything…

Our bed was broken! There was only 1 person at the front desk so the check-in time was long.

Staff great, thermostat not working, too hot or pushing cold air. Fridge was turned off so hard to put food in fridge when warm! Hot tub not working , had sore back could not go in

The fact that i paid 250$ a night with this app but my parents inly paid 150 same room same everything .... this app definitly doesnt give any good rates especially wjen paying 100 more a night then what the hotel itswlf asks

Clean room with courteous staff. Breakfast was adequate, but enough to do the trick.

The room I had was right in front of the emergency exit. All the arrogant a holes who didn't finish college left around 6am-7:30am slamming the door each time. Absolutely awful they should keep that door open or locked in case of emergency.

Very clean dated but good

The house keeping staff were incredibly loud, a group of five or so girls standing in a circle yelling and laughing to eachother. Woke me and my boyfriend up multiple times while he was trying to sleep for nightshift. When I asked them to keep it down and explained that my boyfriend is on nights most were apologetic but one girl said under her breath “we’re just trying to do our job” in a passive aggressive way and started laughing. I’ve never been to a hotel that was so loud, my boyfriend had barely gotten sleep. The front desk staff are helpful and the manager was great as well but for $1100 I would expect a lot more. The pool was ice cold, the breakfast hash browns were still frozen in the AM and the poutine I got in the bar restaurant had fries that were uncooked and was just gross. I spent far less at the travel lodge and had a much better experience there. There was a kid running up and down the hallway who I also had to ask to stop, I called front desk twice about the people above us as they were partying all night. If you’re looking for a quiet hotel for night shift, this isn’t it.
