Apart from the area, which has an industrial feel about it. You will not be diss disappointed, and it's aesthaetics, inside & out.

First, the hotel gave us the room that had been occupied. We entered a room with guests already settling in. Then the next day, someone suddenly broke into our room while we were still in the bed. For these two times, luckily, there was nobody taking shower in the transparent shower tube. But I find the hotel had the poor management so that customers’ privacy is harmed. Second, the hotel is nice but sad that the maintenance is minimal. The sink in the hotel is clogged. Third, the exit parking bar doesn’t lift up by itself. Many cars got trapped so I had to call the receptionist to open the bar. I really hope the feedback will help the hotel to realize what need to improve. It is a pity that such a nice hotel (from outside and inside) hasn’t been taken good care of.

Everything good but WIFI never worked at all!!! Handicapped as could not do any work!!

The only disappointment is that the rooms do not have the capability of controlling the temperature in their respective rooms, it’s handled by the building.

The shower pod is literally in the room you sleep in at the bottom of the bed. I had no idea this was the case when booking as I’ve never known anything like it! There is zero privacy! The reception staff aren’t very friendly and the service overall is just lacking what you would normally expect from a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor would I stay here again! I stayed as I thought it was close to the stadium for a concert but there are better places you could stay closer to the venue.

In the middle on nowhere, staff were not informative, opened the door while I was showering at 10am. Saw a small bed bug looking insect near sink

We really enjoyed our stay. Abit far from the train station, however that’s our fault. However the room was far too hot, and got uncomfortable. However the bed was like sleeping on a big cushion, absolutely lovely.

The entire property needs a complete overhaul, which includes the members of staff (apart from the two that were working in the bar on my first night). GOrdon Ramsey needs to go in and give them a shake up. Under trained, rude and not customer focused. I only stayed there because of the location next to the hospital. Never again!

The shower in the middle of the bedroom is so inconvenient. And the bathroom itself is essentially a toilet stall.

The room design makes no sense. There is a glass shower that’s fully exposed to the rest of the room. No privacy while you shower if you are sharing the room with another person. Also, it was quite cramped. The toilet was behind a thin plastic divider that didn’t close tightly so again, zero privacy while you are in there. It was also cramped like an airplane toilet.

It a nice place to stay anytime am in Amsterdam this my spot …

My sister and I stayed here after a concert at the Ziggo Dome. It was a lovely hotel, great view (though marred by terrible weather, sadly), comfortable room, and we had a lovely breakfast too. The staff were very helpful, and as non-car drivers it was easy to get to and from by bus, though we took a (5-minute) taxi back from the Ziggo Dome after the concert. The only comment I would make is that you have to be very comfortable around the person you are sharing with, due to the shower being in the middle of the room!

Hotel is unique in itself. Service is great and would love to come back to this hotel.

Clean and good in condition but far from city center. Will not prefer again

Unique style of property and 15 minutes walk to the train or Metro into Amsterdam. Supposed to light up blue along with the surrounding balls but still waiting. Even when I asked the staff all I got was that they were supposed to come on!!! The little food you got in the sky restaurant was very expensive, so only tried it out once I’m afraid but it was lovely. Overlooking a Motorway, Building site/demolition and car sales garages.

Room was grubby not been properly cleaned in a while the table was unbalanced and had coffee stains at the bottom of the leg the cleaner just about made the bed won't stay there again..
