Nice clean room

Breakfast was good.

Very clean, comfortable beds, convenient to restaurants

Our room had tons of mold along the tub, shattered bathroom mirror, dust that I could write my name in and the air conditioner was broken.

It was a good stay

The interior of the property was good. The bathrooms need more towel racks since you only do housekeeping every 2 days. The sinks are too high for short individuals or children. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The hallway noise was loud. Need a way for the doors to close softly. Also, voices carried through the walls of the rooms next door.

The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was clean and well maintained.

Was having trouble with our payment method but the manager on duty was amazing and so patient with us while we tried to figure things out.

very easy check in. Close to restaurants.

Checked in late due to traveling all day and the night time staff was amazing. Got us checked in real quick and even gave us a tube of toothpaste since ours ran out that morning. The breakfast had lots of options and my kids really liked the biscuits and gravy. The staff in the morning was just as great. Room was great too. Only thing is room got hot and my sons nose started to bleed. Once we figured out that the ac turned on from the unit not the thermostat that helped a lot.

Clean hotel, comfortable beds, good breakfast

Wonderful hotel stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, which is not always the case at many hotels. Breakfast was as good as many restaurants and had a good variety. Nice location as well - away from the direct traffic, but just around the corner from stores and restaurants. Would stay again.

This was a good place to stay with my family . Complimentary breakfast, heated indoor pool , and friendly service . The only hiccup I would say would be to check in on time if not your room can be mixed up and rebooked with someone else . The issue was corrected accordingly but it still made me uncertain with rebooking. Outside of this minor incident , I enjoyed my stay !

We found a hair in one of the folded up/“clean” towels in the bathroom. When I told the girl at the desk she promptly brought us new towels. But it made me wonder if sheets/towels were being reused from the people who stayed in the room prior to us.
