Air conditioning did not work in the building temperatures was low 90’s. Hotel property not clean at all . Hotel should have been shut down until the air conditioning got fixed . We got nothing for the inconvenience.

The staff at this location is extraordinary. Responsive to needs. Helpful and friendly. I’ve stayed here many times and I’m never disappointed.

We had an accessible room with roll-in shower. The door to our room was very heavy and difficult to open. The room was spacious and shower easy to get in. The layout in the shower was not great for people with mobility issues.

Great location, excellent staff

Nice location with access to a path along the river and a mall with some dining options. Easy driving access to Pittsburgh. However, there were some major HVAC issues, both in shared spaces and in individual rooms. Staff was very kind and did what they could to be helpful.

I checked in on Friday evening. Woke up 6am Saturday morning to water severally dripping from a vent over the toilet. Floor completely wet. Maintenance was not on site. After 2 hours it stopped. Housekeeping cleaned up by 11. I was able to shower and start my day. That evening the toilet stopped working. Sunday I using the restroom 🚻 in the lobby and back to my room. It wasn’t until Sunday afternoon I was able to change rooms. I got 1 night of peaceful sleep and was able to sleep until time to check out. The amount of the rooms and my experience does not equal. Madison’s demeanor at the front desk kept it so I wouldn’t flip out.

Staff was very friendly. Beds comfortable. Room was large and clean except for entry door which was grimy. Dog barking and kids yelling and running down hall woke me the second night. However, didn’t last long. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery store and movies.

Front desk clerk was a very poor communicator and not very friendly. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Shower head was terrible. Temperature controls on AC unit were unreliable. Breakfast items were not good. Would not stay there again.

A few things stood out for me- the shower had pressure and hot water, seems silly to some but are essential for me when I travel. The bed was also comfortable. The room was clean, the fitness room was well stocked, and the staff interactions were all professional and very kind. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

The bathroom and vanity area smelled like urine, the pool was so cloudy it looked dirty

This hotel was ok. I don’t think I would stay here again. They do not let you adjust the thermostat under 68 degrees and it made it very warm and uncomfortable to sleep.

I only stayed one night and the hotel refused the refund me when I checked out early. The hotel and room were very nice, but the lack of consideration and the fact they likely rented the room out was unacceptable.

We love this Hampton for its location, amenities, and shopping and dining options.

We had a river view room and it was quiet. The door blocked sound well. Go early for breakfast, because they didn't do more oatmeal, when it ran out by 9AM and they don't offer instant oatmeal packs. Also they started taking food away at around 9:30am, even though breakfast is from 6-10am every day. The breakfast serving and dining area was kept clean.

Toilet handle stuck, no plug for the bath tub, and someone was repeatedly making huge banging noises,like a bed being lifted and dropped. I finally got out of bed at 1015pm to see if I could stop them
