Nous avons passé une nuit à cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. La chambre était propre et bien équipée avec un bai tourbillon. Par contre, toutes les chambres ne sont pas pareilles. Nous avions une chambre avec du tapis au départ et on a demandé à être changé pour une chambre avec un.pkancher de bois . Certaines chambres semblent avoir été rénovées et d'autres non. Nous avons apprécié aller au spa situé derrière l'hôtel. Le site est tout de même petit, mais il y a un sauna sec, une chute d'eau froide, une salle de repos etv4 spas, ce qui est très bien.

Tout était très bien sauf le service à l’arrivée froid et distant. Je n’ai pas eu un accueil me permettant de tout bien saisir l’environnement et les services. Départ très bien pour le retour des clés.

Très bien dans l'ensemble! Belle grande chambre de luxe. Des passerelles pour se promener dans l'hôtel, pas besoin de sortir dehors. Bons buffets pour déjeuner. Seul point négatif, les matelas un peu trop durs et les ventilateurs de salle de bains qui font un bruit épouvantable.

Last year when we stayed at Hotel Montfort we gave a higher rating. We had a room in the newer area. This time we had a room in the old part of the hotel. The room was okay at best. Clean and comfortable beds. But the carpet was old and stained. The bathroom was updated but so small that when you sat on the toilet the toilet tissue was knocked of the holder. The shower was in a small deep bathtub. The temperature controls did not work and the room was quite hot. Lovely common areas. I recommend staying here if you can get a room in the newer section.
