The room was clean. Location is great but there is a lor construction on the roads around it.

Location of the hotel is very central and an easy walk to all the tourist sites, lots of places to eat and drink close by and even right outside the hotel, room was spacious and ok for the price, parking was €25/night, tight entrance to car park but spaces wide. Road works in the area atm so need to drive through a pedestrian area and through a no entry sign to reach the hotel but police are ok with this.

Hotel in a great location, near to many bars and restaurants, clean room with a comfy bed. Nice breakfast severd each morning. Air conditioning, and tvs in room too

Excellent, Beautiful Hotel in great location in the heart of the old town Seville overlooking the Metropole parasol. Breakfast good value for money, helpful professional and friendly staff. The room was lovely full of character and elegance, we can’t fault this hotel, we would definitely stay again when next in Seville.

The hotel was clean, tidy and in a good position in Seville. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of food. But, neither the main bar or rooftop bar were open. The Expedia information regarding the hotel stated there was tea/coffee making equipment in the room. This was not the case and we were advised by reception that there none in any room. This was a disappointment for us.

Perfect location, lovely staff, rooms small but adequate cleaned daily.

Definitely not a 'luxury' hotel. Room small, no soundproofing from next door. TV about a decade old and small. Two single beds pushed together, both with dips in the mattress in the middle so really affected our sleep. Wouldn't recommend at £150 a night. Would spend £70 a night at a place like this.

Can't complain about the hotel at a fantastic location.was therewhen feria on. So had to wait at train station 45 minutes. But walked back to station. Only 20 min easy. So it's very accessible. Staff very friendly.breakfast pretty good All is cooked for 8 so.if you come at 10. Just ask the young charming girl and she will cook fresh fried eggs or scrambled and will.puy the beans in the microwave.domt be afraid to ask Rooms are clean and fresh. Besides that 10/10

¡Este hotel fue un encanto! Muy céntrico, excelentemente decorado con el estándar sevillano que me fascinó! ¡El staff fue demasiado amable y todas las muchachas hablaban tanto español como inglés, hasta recibimos una clase de Sevilla en Semana Santa por una de las mucamas! Además de lindo, limpio, bien ubicado, el staff superfriendly, el desayuno de muy buena calidad, el costo de estancia es muy razonable; definitivamente lo recomiendo y estoy segura de que volveremos a Sevilla.

Lots of noise from other rooms. Tired public areas need some love. First room the toilet broke and we had to move. Great location. And good breakfast. Staff were excellent.

Room in a good location, breakfast was fine however cannot be more than 3 stars as there was a horrid smell in the room, at first we thought it was disinfectant as the toilet was taped with a disinfectant sticker however the smell didn’t go away and so we had to buy an air freshener to plug in, presume it was something wrong with the drainage pipes

We loved the hotel's location, it was very easy to visit all of Seville's main sights from there. The room was spacious, and had a very comfortable bed despite the pillows being a little too soft (a choice of softer and harder pillows would have been ideal). The bathroom was big and modern and had a great powerful shower, though the towels felt as if they were made of cheap material - not great at drying and left tiny specks of fabric everywhere. Also, the bathroom had no windows and the ventilation fan didn't seem to be working which wasn't ideal (but not a dealbreaker either). Our room was in the patio, very close to the breakfast area, so we got woken up before 8 every morning by loud voices of guests waiting outside, as well as clattering of plates. The noise was the main downside but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Our AC was very loud we couldn’t use it. Switched our room for the second night but didn’t give us any credit or even offer to give us a free breakfast.
