It's good. Great location, close to many places. Easy check-in, good service from the staff. However, the key card often doesn't work, so I have to go down to the check-in counter frequently.

Confused about booking, gave room key to a stranger who walked in on my daughter at midnight. Strange. Called me at midnight to clarify room issues while I was trying to sleep.

Arrived at midnight at 12. As soon as I opened the door, I could hear the sound of the toilet running non-stop. I went to the receptionist to ask for a room change, but they didn't change me, and they told me to wait twice for the technician to fix it. I waited for 45 minutes. I was tired, you think that kind of service is appropriate... It was already 12 midnight. The room also smelled very damp... Not recommended to stay in a hotel like this.

The room is nice and clean. The design is luxurious, but the mattress is a bit hard and the room is a bit small. However, for Hong Kong, the price and room are reasonable, so it's highly recommended. It's within walking distance to Victoria Park and the city center. It's close to the MTR, so it's a good option for transportation to the airport and other destinations.

The staff was very friendly, and they speak English well. I'm not very fond of warm and dim lights inside the room and the toilet.

The location is central, surrounded by 7-11s and restaurants, and about a 900m walk to Victoria Harbour. The room is a bit small, and the bathroom drainage is poor; every time I shower, water spills into the room.

This is the first time for my husband and me to stay at Ramada TST. The room is quite small, but manageable for both of us. The location is quite nice, just 10 minutes walk from The Mira Place and about 10 minutes walk to Jordan MTR station, and 15 minutes walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience shops, and cafes all around the area. Too many for us to try. When we checked out, the active Duty Manager, Mason Man, was very nice to remind me that I left some of my personal belonging at the room. Will definitely come here another time. Thank you.

I was traveling with 3 persons, and I needed to pay 800 HKD for 1 person because the room only accommodates 2 persons.

The hotel is very strategic, close to the MRT, mosque (Nathan Rd), and also social activities.

Close to the station, although the room size is small but enough for resting. The staff is helpful with language limitations, taxis are available 24 hours if you get an early flight. Suitable for travelers who want to explore Hong Kong but if the purpose of staying overnight for shopping, you can look for a larger room option because the room here if you want to open your suitcase must put it on the bed 😊. For the bathroom is okay, body wash, shampoo and towels are available. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste if you want to ask the hotel for an additional fee, hot water is very good so if you come home late or leave very early in the morning don't worry about getting cold because hot water is always available.
