Near train station and cleanliness

Never book airport shuttle through this hotel because it is not as per agreement. I order for 5 people for 60 €, but ordered Le cab which can only 4 people so to use 2 le cab. I said to land at 7.30 but it took the immigration process and others around until the arrival gate 8.30, the same taxi driver is considered delay and is calculated starting at 7.30 so I must be fine 100 €. The receptionist did not help when it was a long time email and call.

Strategic position, the hotel is not bad, there is a family room, the hotel is old but well maintained ,, just the air conditioner is a bit problematic

Great location, near gare de lyon. But the view inside the room is not that good, and the room is small, also the elevator.
