The room was not cleaned well, there was dust, hair falling on the floor. Toilet tissues do not change. The bathroom has hair, who doesn't know the picture attached. night reception not very polite The TV remote was not working.

The hotel was better than what I had expected after reading all the comments and reviews. Everything was ok, it just takes a little bit more to eat outside (there are some places near hotel for F&B really nice!) and travel by taxi to the place you want. However, Klong Toei MRT is quite close to the hotel (about 10 mins walk). In general, I did have a right decision to book here for 5 nights.
