Very nice modern renovated place at an affordable price. The area has perhaps seen better days but the nearby park is incredible. Well worth a visit and walk across the river

This apartment is amazing. The staff downstairs were super helpful and courteous. The apartment was clean, cozy, and overall great. The breakfast was fantastic, with an outdoor seating area. Awesome place!

Great hotel for a conference stay at the Cité Universitaire.

Front desk staff is excellent, very helpful. Room and bathroom are nice and clean. Having a refrigerator in the room was great to keep my medication safe. Public transportation right out the door, so easy to move around. Breakfast is great and at good price

This was most definitely one of the worst places I have stayed in Lyon. The staff were rude, the condition of the rooms are basic at best. The cost of the accommodation is overpriced. The best way to describe the accommodation was student accommodations.

If I am ever lucky enough to return to Lyon, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Bilingual staff was so helpful.

It was a Cousy and peas full

This hotel was very conveniently located, but we did not feel safe exploring in the evening. The room was clean and there were multiple bus stops very close by. Also the park - Parc de la tete - is very close and a great place to spend the day with children. Just watch your belongings as we had personal property stolen while in the park.

Liked the roof top views. Wish it was closer to the city center. Not many restaurants in the area were open. Front desk was nice and helpful.

This property was extremely good, unfortunately its location was a let down. Now normally I would accept as my responsibility when making the booking, but the link on Expedia pointed to a totally different hotel in the city. Event the hotel clerk was shocked when she tried it herself. So we had a hotel far out from where we wanted to be.

Enjoyed our short stay! Clean, large, and pleasant room; small but sufficiently stocked kitchenette; comfortable beds; friendly staff at the check-in counter; secure underground paid parking. Stayed here with kids. Would stay again.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. Each morning while having breakfast at the ground floor restaurant the staff were always cleaning up, replenishing supplies, and always presenting smiles, and helping out people. The same calls also for the people at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful assisting with finding an ATM, a laundromat, and a shop selling small food items. When I needed something from my room or Taxi, they were happy to help and quickly responding. They were always pleasant to talk with.

Need to add air-condition!

Great location. Service was excellent. Great value for your money. I would definitely book again.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms. When I realized and asked the front desk they were very rude and insisted it was my fault for not knowing. I needed to change hotels - the temperature over the next few days was >30C. They refused to refund the remaining nights. I left and contacted Hotels.com and they were able to get my refund. Air will be out for quite some time. I would not go back simply because of the way I was treated.

Clean facility, spacious room and bathroom. Small kitchen but sufficient. Breakfast (paid separately) was great in a nice dining room. Staff were helpful and nice. It's minor, but thought that they could do better: Kitchen utensils were old and not matching.

Check in was smooth, the reception was helpful and communication was great. Perfect location, quiet and easily accessible to the city, there is a bus station just 200m around.
