Don't take room 106 unless you want to renact the under the stairs scene on Harry Potter. The room is under the main entrance and the reception. You can hear every footstep and voice

Great location, clean and friendly staff. Parking was easy on the street nearby. Perfect location for restaurants, bars, grocery, coffee/tea shops, etc.

Everything was great except the mattress, which was very bent and hard to sleep in... they need a new mattress.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, and well presented.

This location is excellent if you want to walk to sightseeing locations within a mile or so. The Aviva stadium is an easy walk through safe neighborhoods. The included breakfast was great and included eggs. I would stay here again.

Very nice

Nice B&B with very helpful staff and free parking in upscale neighborhood. Many good restaurants a 5 min walk away. Walk into city center in 15 to 20 minutes. Breakfast was excellent with eggs, fruit, toast, sausage, bacon and more. Rooms are not fancy, but bed was comfy. I'd stay again.

The mattress was horribly uncomfortable. The shower was as small as one on a cruise ship and didn't drain. Toilet did not flush

Stayed here due to location, walking distance to RDS stadium. Bars also very close by.

Excellent service, excellent breakfast, spacious room and bathroom. The hotel is not quite in the middle of the city, but there are lots of places to eat and shop near-by.

the staff was excellent, breakfasts were plentiful and tasty. Our room was shabby, needed to be painted, grout in bathroom was stained.
