This is not a new place, but it is very well maintained and clean. My reservation had breakfast included, so I was able to enjoy the very nice buffet. The rooms were very nice, and the whole place is a good base to explore the beautiful surrounding areas. the staff was very friendly and able to help out whenever needed.

Very comfortable beds no aircon but great windows to open for fresh mountain air. Bathroom needs a complete refurbishment very poor.

Extremely poor internet…only from lobby. Good breakfast, clean room and nice and quiet. Town has limited restaurants….

Terrible checkout. It's was really slow with about 10 people waiting to leave.

No real issues with the hotel other than very hard beds! Breakfast was decent. Had dinner there and it was rather overpriced for what it was. We assumed we would have the discounted rate as a hotel guest since we had automatically received that rate at the previous Inatel but discovered we did not qualify without some membership that was not offered or explained. $21 for a pretty simple biffet not including drinks was a bit high.

Excellent breakfast and good Christmas Decorations new Washroom and bed just the bad is if you have a noise neighbor you hear him really well. Good price

Nice Hotel .. old but has been kept up. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Nice pool area. Would recommend. Good value for price paid. Breakfast was just OK.

The hotel is a fading former grand hotel that is still fading away. The staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. However this is definitely not a 3 star hotel. It's generally 1 star. No facilities in the room, no coffee/tea making or kettle, no fridge, no iron. Essentially just a bed, drawer and closet. Furthermore, the room was very small. My friend asked for red wine in the bar.... no wine available. However the room had a fabulous view of the rugged Portuguese landscape area. Breakfast was very very basic and didn't change for the 3 days we stayed at the hotel.

The hotel is within 2 km of an entrance to the Buçaco walled national forest, while being inside the small town of Luso. The hotel is a very old large building, well maintained. It has the feeling of a residence more than that of a hotel. My room was quite comfortable, the buffet breakfast was excellent.

great stay. attention to baby was excellent. Improvements in my view is the lunch and dinner buffet, food could be better

O Inatel é um ótimo hotel, porém peca em alguns quesitos. O meu quarto era muito decadente. Piso em mau estado, banheiro bastante ultrapassado. Dificuldade para abrir a porta. O restante foi muito bom. A equipe de Funcionários muitos zelosos, o café da manhã muito bom, a localização excelente porém sem estacionamento.

A primeira noite em boas condições. A segunda noite pior, sem aquecimento, wc velho, decoração em geral sombria

J'ai eu une chambre avec un petit lit au lieu d'un grand lit comme sur ma reservation avec des vieux sanitaires avec eau chaude fluctuante ( pas de mitigeur) donc pas simple pour regler les temparuture . Heureusement je suis adulte mais un enfant se brulerais . La 3 eme nuit jai demenage dans une plis grnade chambre avec 2 lits simple c'est deja plus confortable et des sanitaires neufs et une belle vue ca allait mieux vu le prix de la chambre (54€) Par contre mercredi au petit dejeuner fruits au sirop( poire) perime et piquant pas cool . La 1 ere nuit énormément de bruit entre 2h30 et 3h30, il y a un gardien normalement...

Hotel antigo, faltando uma atenção para revitalizar. Cama e banheiro podem melhorar bastante, limpeza também. Bom café da manhã.

Das Hotel ist sehr laut. Bei Wind wackeln die Türen und lärmen insbesondere nachts.

Lit confortable , la salle de bain très grande , chambre au dernier étage sous le toit , ascenseur , très grand buffet à volonté pour le petit déjeuner, parfait.
