This resort is world-class at a very affordable rate! The facilities are updated and modern and the hospitality staff is outstanding. The hotel offers three meals a day including a 5-course chef-prepared dinner every night! The resort is focused on wellness and relaxation and is located in a beautiful area of Austria. It is not the easiest to get to, but is definitely worth the extra travel time once you arrive!

Excellent, quiet location - was not sure initially if I should stay in Mayrhofen or slightly outside. Perfect decision to stay outside. Great service. Extremely clean. Food is offered at long periods accommodating our hiking and e-biking "adventures". Really enjoyed ourselves. Staff very attentive to our needs also as vegetarians. Excellent spa facilities!!

Beautiful place, with the friendliest staff who left us wanting for nothing. The food was incredible and we were truly spoilt every night at dinner. Helga was the sweetest host. We’ll definitely be back.

What a fantastic find, this is our 10th year ski trip with a large group of mixed ages from 12 upwards and this is by far the best hotel we have found which is such great value for money. Although the hotel sits on the outskirts of town this really wasn't an issue as it was the first stop for the ski bus, which then went direct to the ski lift (like our own personal taxi). Every night we enjoyed a 5 course dinner which was fabulous, at first we thought fussy children this may be difficult but they also thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The Spa and Pool areas are outstanding and was a comfort at the end of a hard days skiing. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be going back. The Family and staff are so welcoming and all spoke very good English.

Great valley location, great food, sauna with a view. Wonderful hotel. No Tyrol vibe though (upscale pricing changes the atmosphere). Dining experience: This hotel has about 4 or 5 dining rooms. Was seated as the only person in one room. Multiple requests for a seating change without result. I actually believe the waitress gave a f*. Went to talk to receptionist, e voila, got a decent table. Somebody also put an extra drink from the bar on my room number. Ok.

Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Wellness-Hotel war schlichtweg fantastisch. Das Zimmer war nicht nur komfortabel, sondern auch äußerst ansprechend gestaltet. Die Einrichtung strahlte Gemütlichkeit und Eleganz aus, was meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Das kulinarische Erlebnis war ein weiterer Höhepunkt meines Aufenthalts. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war von außergewöhnlicher Qualität und Geschmack. Jede Mahlzeit fühlte sich wie eine kulinarische Reise an, bei der die frischen Zutaten und die raffinierte Zubereitung im Mittelpunkt standen. Der Wellness-Bereich des Hotels war ein wahrer Zufluchtsort der Entspannung. Pools, Saunen und Massagen sorgten für Erholung pur. Ich konnte den Stress des Alltags völlig vergessen und neue Energie tanken. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und immer bereit, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die herzliche Atmosphäre trug dazu bei, dass ich mich hier wie zu Hause fühlte. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist der ideale Ort, um zu entspannen, gutes Essen zu genießen und in luxuriöser Umgebung zu übernachten. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Perfekt zum Entspannen und Wandern!

Poisitiv : Wellnessbereich sehr schön, Essen von ausgezeichneter Qualität, Personal zum größten Teil sehr freundlich, Negativ: Im Saunabereich mehrere Stunden keine frischen Handtücher, Personal wirkte z.t. etwas unkoordiniert

Wir haben ein paar tolle Tage im ZillergrundRock verbracht, das Essen war ausgezeichnet und der neue Skypool einfach traumhaft schön. Besonderes Highlight für uns die bodenlose Kaffee- und Teetasse.

Der Standort und seine Umgebung bieten eine traumhaft schöne Kulisse. Das Design, vor allem die neue Gestaltung sind schön ausgedacht, allerdings kamen wir zum Zeitpunkt der Neu-/Umgestaltung an, sprich Baustelle rundherum, was den zweiten Eindruck gedämpft und geschmälert hat. Kabel, Kippen, Plastik und Dosen lagen um das Zentrum der Baustelle herum, die wahrscheinlich die Bauarbeiter unachtsam liegen ließen. Das hätte man allerdings nach der Schneeschmelze gut und gerne aufräumen können. Der Ausblick war somit getrübt. Was wunderbar war: Wir lagen zur Seite der Ziller, was für uns ein herrliches Schlummergeräusch war (also auch nachts bei gekipptem Fenster) und das Essen/die Küche war ausgezeichnet. Für uns war alles vom Frühstück über den Lunch bis hin zum 6-Gang-Menü köstlich und es hat uns immer geschmeckt - auch das Auge hat stets mitgegessen: Es war immer ein Augenschmaus, durch die Liebe zum Detail. Das Personal, gerade die liebe Nicole im Service (Restaurant), waren überdurchschnittlich gut. Ihre besonnene und herzliche Art sowie ihre exquisite Arbeitsweise haben uns sehr zufriedengestellt, weil wir gefühlt immer willkommen waren. Sie hat sich immer sehr gut um uns gekümmert, man hat ihr Fachkompetenz und Fokus angemerkt und auch dadurch hatten wir immer ein angenehmes Erlebnis im Restaurant. Auch an der Rezeption bei Check-In/-Out wurden wir herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Aber: Unverhältnismäßig hoher Preis zur Aufenthaltsverlängerung (79 € p.P.!!)
