Everything was even better than expected

My friend and I spent two nights here at the beginning and end of our wildlife visit to the Pantanal. It was a real luxury to take their magnificent showers (the water pressure) and stay in their wonderful rooms. I did not rate the highest only because there were few English speaking people to help us, but Jefferson was so great at the front desk one day. Also, the breakfast buffet offered no vegan/gluten free options and it was hard to ask for what we needed because of the language barrier. When we figured out how to communicate, the restaurant was very very accommodating. Overall a great value for the money. Top notch.

Good location from the airport, food is expensive compared to Rio, drinks and cost of hotel good value.

Staff stand out as being really great, I had an injured foot and they helped me with everything I asked for and were very friendly. Gym is really well equiped. Food is good. Rooms are slightly dated, sheets are ok but not luxury quality, bed is comfortable. Pool area is clean and comfortable. Would have been good to have a staff member at the pool area to buy drinks and order food from, but I eventually found someone to help. Also can only buy very small water bottles which is a waste of plastic, the hotel should have 1.5l bottles available to purchase. There is no ventilation in the hallways so it is very uncomfortable waiting for an elevator (there are only 2 for a 12 floor building so there can be a long wait). On a fast main road with no crossing.

I was underwhelmed by the quality of the hotel considering the price that was paid. The rooms are very old and could do with a renovation. The best thing about the hotel is definitely the location. It is relatively close to the shopping mall and football stadium.

Staff is friendly. Very quick service. Go above and beyond to assist you.

Good hotel. Good location and the staff is very welcoming. Some guests are annoying with their phones on speaker constantly but that seems to be a thing everywhere.

The rooms are plain but very clean. The shower had the best pressure if any shower I’ve ever experienced, amazing. The restaurant called avec, was really good food and great value

Reputedly built to be Cuiaba's best hotel. I haven't tried all the others, so I can't say - but it's certainly trying hard with all the bling and glitz, and was clearly popular with the fashionable locals. One unfortunate result of the large open foyer/bar is that 5 or 6 people talking loudly sounds like a school playground on the last day of term. Our room was a good size, well-equipped, and comfortable. The restaurant food was nice, and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was especially good - a wide selection of hot and cold, with omelettes cooked to order.
