Great location, walking distance to the centre of town. Didn’t have breakfast but the bar on site and food for dinner was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very handy that the hotel had on-site parking.

Very friendly staff at Killarney Avenue. Lovely welcoming atmosphere. Enjoyed food availability in the Kenmare Rooms for lunch and dinner. Great to have music in the bar on Saturday night.

Kilarney was a vibrant city with lots of restaurants, shopping for tourist, many local musicians at an array of pubs and great food options. I would have loved to have stayed here longer.

Clean room, walking distance to shos, restaurants and bars

Stayed for five nights. First night has room looking over adjacent equipment on roof. Changed to view for next four nights which was good. Pleasant staff and well located. Only shower is in a tub that is on raise platform meaning cannot easily step out of tub and safety issue. Keep that in mind if not used to high steps.

Good hotel with a great breakfast and staff. The only reason I didn't mark it higher is we booked for the pool and sauna but it was actually in a different hotel...although really close we felt a bit conned at that

Mark in the bar and dining area was amazing!! He has great suggestions for the area and great customer service. All the front desk agents were great as well with helping with parking and any needs that we had. Will definitely be staying here again.

Killarney Avenue is a great hotel. Excellent, Friendly staff with clean rooms. Parking was, as suggested, tight and we were able to secure a place both nights but could be a concern. Hotel and Rooms were both modern and clean. Food was excellent in both the Pub and the Restaurant. One night our room (#220) seemed to have a strong deep fryer smell coming into the bathroom vent. The restaurant was quite busy, front desk confirmed our concern and quickly was able to provide an alternate room for us, which was very much appreciated. Of note Room 220 did not have the odor the first night. It's not the issue, as issues can always arise, it is how the staff deal with a problem and we were very impressed with the extra effort to accommodate us.

Very convenient to train station.

Small room size. Nespresso machine had knock-off pods, which made disappointing coffee. The used pods were not replaced when our room was cleaned, so we did not have coffee for the 2nd morning we woke up there. Lobby is nice but the hallways and rooms are outdated. The same exact framed picture hung on multiple walls in the room.

Nice hotel in a great spot. Parking is included but was tough to get a spot easily. Everything was great, but the showers are pretty rough. Low pressure, and about as narrow as can be with the bars and handles in the shower... Could do without, it wasnt a handicap room or anything

Next to heart of Killarney. Near shopping and great food. Fun city.

Staff on check-in was excellent. They helped us get all of our bags inside in the rain (even though she was only working the front desk). Parking is a challenge at this property. Overall, a good one night stay on our 17-day drive around the country.
