Small room, but amazing staff, delicious breakfast

Close to airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. The tram stop nearby makes getting into old town easy. Tram stop is about an 5-8 min walk from hotel then About a 10-15 min tram ride to old town. About a 10-15 min walk (depending on traffic to cross street) to the free public beach. Loved the outdoor eating garden area. Breakfast selection could have had more selection. Bathroom very small but I find this is the norm in France hotels. Shower water flow was very weak; took a while to wash out shampoo . The shower water temp also took a while to get warm. Wifi and AC worked great.

My daughter and I were made extremely comfortable right from the beginning of our stay. Nathalie and Benoit really went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs. The room was really comfortable and so clean. They thought about things before we even needed to ask for them. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The hotel garden was really beautiful to relax and enjoy an exceptionally good breakfast. I'd love to return here. Rosie. 😊😊😊

Liked the patio area. Room was crowded. Bathroom extremely small, took forever to get hot water. No elevator, stairs were very narrow.

Hôtel Villa Victorine is charming. A cosy and very quiet hotel located convenient to the airport as well a quick walk to the tram to the city centre. The room was exceptionally clean. Victor was so helpful and accommodating. The property is quaint with a beautiful garden entrance. Thank you Victor for a lovely stay !

The owners couldn't have been more helpful. They even helped us squeeze our car into a very tight parking place outside.

Great little hotel next to the airport 15 min walk or 2 mins with the tram. Super friendly, and a very pretty garden. Make sure you call ahead if you don't arrive between 5pm and 7pm. Breakfast is well worth the 11 euro :)

Absolutely a great property...clean rooms, great staff, and a very quiet oasis. The only draw back is that it is at least a 20 minute bus ride from Old Nice or the main train station. However, it is a quick, cheap, and easy bus ride and short walk from the airport. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of cold items and juices plus fresh baked breads. If you want a quiet place to sit outside in a garden after a hard day of seeing the sights, and don't mind a 20 minute bus ride, this place is perfect.

Despite being a reasonable price the room was not really worth it. Poor area with nowhere to eat nearby. No opportunity for an early breakfast.

This is the hidden jewel in the Cote D'Azur. We booked on the strength of the 4.5/5 rating and were not disappointed. The owners (Vittorio and Raphaella) were perfect and couldn't do enough for us during our stay - which we had to extend by 3 days due to the strikes. Great choices for the buffet breakfast taken in the sun in their beautiful garden. The air conditioned bedroom was large enough, with a comfy double bed, widescreen TV and a separate bathroom. The hotel is outside the centre of Nice but has a few bus stops close by to travel into the city. The local transport in Nice is excellent and cheap - if you buy a book of tickets you can travel for 1Euro. The beach is a short walk away and the veloblue bike rental stand is close by.The nearby Promenade gives you the option to walk, run, skateboard, cycle, scooter, rollerblade or just stroll along and enjoy the views. If you are looking for a quiet break in Nice, this is the place to stay - we'll definitely go back
