Property is good and is part of a larger resort, which has lots of food options. Staff mostly understood enough English to get by. Most restaurants required reservations. Convenience store in the lobby.

부모님 모시고 3박 4일 머무르면서 모든 부분에서 좋았습니다~ 3일동안 조식 정말 맛있게 먹었고 식당에서 보는 경치도 훌륭해요~ 직원들 모두 친절하고 비치타올 무료로 대여해줍니다! 시기라 리조트 셔틀버스 운행해서 온천도 편하게 다녀올 수 있어서 좋았어요!

The Breesebay Hotel was old and filthy. From the very first day of my stay, traces of previous guests were left untouched. There were crumbs, hair, and coffee stains on the floor, making it extremely dirty. Because of the crumbs scattered on the floor, small red ants, about the size of a pinky nail, were crawling around. Moreover, due to the hotel's 'eco-friendly' policy, they did not provide daily room cleaning service. Hotels around the world typically offer daily room cleaning, but at Breezebay Hotel, they only replaced the towels. Guests had to tie up the full trash bags and leave them outside. The bed sheets and blankets were also dirty, with visible signs of previous use. Overall, the cleanliness of this hotel was the worst. I have no desire to visit again. I hope my honest review will help other guests for the sake of public interest.

The best choice in Miyakojima.

The hotel is amazing, staff is amazing, luckily 2 girls could speak Spanish and they assisted me with finding my reservation as they couldn't find it initially and I had to wait for one hour, I don't know if hotels.com did not share the booking information instantly as it was fully paid but at the end I managed to check in.

Not a good option for international travelers who don’t speak Japanese. I tried to get the hotel to help book diving and snorkeling trips and they told me everything was booked. Low and behold, I found multiple options online. Rooms are very average, beds are hard. There is no room service and the breakfast buffet was very low quality. I would not even consider the dinner buffet. There weee some hotel staff who were quite nice, however all in all I paid more here than I did at a Four Seasons last year for a very average hotel…the US equivalent would be a Holiday Inn. The pool is crowded and not monitored. There is also no room service.

朝食フリー、ゴンドラフリーの券をいただきました！また、タワーからの眺めと、浜からの風は、本当に気持ちが良いです！

Poor value for money. Nice location & facilities but restaurant staff poorly trained for non-Japanese visitors and inflexible. Expect better at this price.

Stayed for 3 nights at the main building in a room that was supposed to be newly renovated. The room reeked of cigarettes and no matter how much we aired it out it just would not go away. Beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. We moved the beds and there was a lot of dust and trash from previous guests under the bed. Only 2 small bath towels per room. Housekeeping is not available by default and if you want the room to be cleaned, the front desk needs to be notified the day before until 10pm. We requested housekeeping to come at 2pm but both days they knocked on our door and rang the doorbell much earlier (11am), waking up our baby from her nap. Contrary to what’s advertised, there’s no room service available and nowhere that serves lunch in the hotel. Staff were kind but the facilities were disappointing. Would not stay here again.

Great view, good breakfast. Rooms are clean. The location is good. Staff speak no English, but will try and help best they can. Location is a bit remote from town. I would recommend renting a car or you will need to use the taxi a lot.

Hotel was comfort enough, surround ambience wasn’t as good as what is being described in the app & internet. Water is not clear, no sea sport around the hotel we stayed. Everything got to booked ahead & charges was very expensive. Food wise also the same. Choices were limited & charges was very xpensive. The worst thing is surrounding got nothing much, no convenient store, mini supermarket etc..The shuttle bus provided by the hotel only take you to nearby hotel for meal only. We need to pay 3000-4000 yen just to go to nearest supermarket for some groceries. The only thing I can said about this place is the weather is good. Air is clear & Fresh. Will not recommend friends to go to Miyakojima for vacation.

Very warm welcome. Breakfast is good. The beach is beautiful.

The hotel is right on the ocean with a small beach on the property. Shigira Beach is just down the road and quite nice. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Shigira Beach and ther is a nice beach house there to purchase food and drinks. I would recommend getting a rental car if you want to check out some of the islands premier beaches though.

Very nice Hotel to stay, we enjoyed very much and we will go back. Very clean, beautiful few, delicious food in all the restaurants in the Hotel For sure we can recommend a stay in the Hotel Breezebay Marine!

Big room with 2 beds, sofa and spare space. We had a cozy time.
